Nicely furnished A tablet was left at the room, we were contacted by the actual hotel with a link to get it returned. It's been weeks and we have not heard any anything else from them

Was given a bed where the bed sheets were clearly not changed from prior stay. We discovered this at 11 PM after coming back exhausted, all we got was sheets to fix ourselves. It was disgusting after paying so much for such a tiny room. I can see why cleaning crew doesn’t want to change them, it was hard in such a small room. The hotel is in a perfect location and has the basics for spending a day touring but lack quality control. Clean sheets are not negotiable. Worst experience I’ve had in a hotel, we didn’t sleep comfortable. It’s a very basic hotel for the price and you are just paying for the location.

Beautiful building, great staff & decor, very clean and loved the roof. Price is pretty heinous , room was small & didn’t have a seating area so it felt cramped for 3 of us. Breakfast not included and the counter doesn’t open until 9am.

Amazing location for a stay in Salem, especially when here for the Halloween festivities. Everything is walkable and staff was so friendly. Our only issue was our sink wouldn’t drain and we reported it, but could tell it didn’t get looked at while we were out. We spent 3 nights here and just got used to seeing water/soap/toothpaste floating in the sink.

The front desk staff was especially helpful and locked my luggage up two times. They were also very helpful giving me advice on getting an Uber to the airport. Great location!
