We loved the pool and was pleased it was open late, we are "night owls" I can't think of anything I didn't like.

It was clean and location was great The home made cookies were such an awesome treat :) The pillows were not comfortable and the room needs a fridge . It needs a water refilling station . The bags of ice were not very practical.

The location was excellent and being able to use the shuttle to get to various locations was so helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great, with service being excellent!!! We will definitely return!

The staff was kind and helpful. We stayed for two days the room was never cleaned. Had to ask for towels. Mirrors were dirty when we checked in.

I was amazed to see the room especially the bed so comfortable. The staff welcome you with a great smile. We ate diner there and the food is amazing good got to try the wings and the steak tips so good with the mash potato and veggies on the side. The cook came to see us asking about the food and was nice talking to him and the waitress was smiling and always came to see if we needed anything. Nothing bad to say about this hotel I will recommend it and will go back.

Everything was amazing at Salem waterfront from the location, to how clean the facility is to all the staff was very accommodating and especially the shuttle drivers. They were amazing. Not a single thing everything was perfect
