The property has an excellent location in Salem within short walking distance to many areas of interest. Nice quiet room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was newly renovated and that was obvious. Everything was nice and new. Highly recommend this hotel for Salem.

Rooms and decor were very nice. Excellent location. Lacking exercise facilities. Woman at front desk was extremely rude. Staff in general were not overly friendly.

The location was perfect The staff let us go to a room that was occupied and that was an accident but weird I don’t know how it happens. But it was the way the man who came and got us acted he came chasing us like we were criminals he didn’t know what was going on so he said the girl at the desk told me to stop you very rudely and didn’t act apologetic at all.

Modern hotel. Rooms are nice. Bathroom is not as updated as the room. Staff is friendly. Has onsite parking. Good stay in Salem.

The hotel is beautiful!! We had a corner room that was quite tight. There was just a few inches for me to climb into bed on my side, and our room had no mini fridge or microwave
