Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites

The staff was knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Looking forward to a return trip.

Had a wonderful time! Beautiful nautical theme, wonderful amenities, great food, cocktails and live music; also close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. Attention to detail. Will stay here again!

Front staff were inconsistent with information. Maintenance staff were helpful. The hotel is beautiful, located in a perfect spot to access everything. However, the beds are rock hard and the pull out beds have springs sticking out of them with ac marginally working. So be prepared for an uncomfortable hot sleep

Overall fine, except for the AC in the room, which roared and rattled all night.

Great location, great staff Nothing

We loved our stay here! It was quiet and comfortable, the pool was fabulous, the location was so convenient and very walkable. We felt right at home. Staff did a fantastic job taking care of us with friendly service. The nautical themed decor was classy and fun. The onsite restaurant was okay, but not great.

Updated I travel a lot and this hotel was one of the top 5 I have stayed at and I stay mainly in Hiltons

Great place to stay in Salem. Walking distance to everything. Very nice rooms. Pool was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The property was immaculate as it pertains to cleanliness. The bed/mattress, pillows, sheets, towels & soaps were top notch. Housekeeping was great. The main drawback was the front desk, checking in & checking out. I could not get them to give me a receipt upon leaving, they ran my credit card twice upon checking in and basically told me to get in touch with my credit card to work it out. That, and no close out receipt do.not.fly.with.me. as I do not work for them, they work for their guests & no one needs any extra steps or stress while traveling. I think the location is ok, depending on what you are visiting for. It is a great place for families. Ohhh, and the AC in the room was GREAT!!! So that is worth staying there as many properties around that area struggle with ac keeping up in the rooms. Ultimately, a very nice place to stay if you can avoid the front desk.

Location was perfect.

It was clean, the staff were nice, and the on-site restaurant was amazing. The over flow parking was not what I expected and having to walk down the street at 1am was a little off putting.

Beautiful location and property

Great waterfront area with easy access to the town itself, affordable and able to do a last minute booking with no hassle.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the museums we wanted to visit. They also provided a convenient shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up, which made getting around even easier.

Nice room, but somewhat uncomfortable because the bath was accessible. Nice adjoining restaurant.
