Convenient to the concert venue next door and great views on either side. Dated property in need of an update but clean.

Very beautiful area. The hotel is no frills but very clean and worth the price. Cheaper than many in the area. Parking was 25 dollars when other places were quoting up to $70. Would stay again.

I love this property. I think this is the property that I have enjoyed the best since I started traveling years back now you have everything there front of the beach fire bomb on the beach perfect day staff friendly nice the grid when you come in. Feel like home super clean that restaurant is really good. By the way food is delicious. I would stay here again and again and again.

I enjoyed the balcony and view of the marina. The bathroom is in need of an update (standard size toilet) and the mattress is extremely hard. The restaurant staff is exceptional but the food was average.

Shelter Island much preferred location for its quiet area, good walking paths, & Bay views.

Best location! It’s close to Humphrey’s for concerts; you can walk over! Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a bar & restaurant too. We enjoyed dinner outside with a beautiful view. You will get the same view if you eat inside because it’s all windows in the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Great place to stay if visiting San Diego. Shelter Island is close to all attractions and yet far enough away to be very quiet at night. The staff is amazing, especially John the bartender. Rooms are nice and clean if maybe a little outdated. Overall it is where I stay when i’m in San Diego.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the bathroom (in both rooms) and the carpet on the staircase leading to the second floor. They looked old and run down but I'm sure it's in the works to get renovated because, overall, the hotel is great. Great views, great bar and restaurant and the food was also very good.

We had a lovely time here. We had 4 rooms for 6 nights. Everything is very clean. Staff are very helpful. It’s an excellent location for exploring San Diego. Bonus is the music from next door concerts. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well. Def recommend and would love to stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Such a lovely property w everything u need. The hotel staff, bartenders & wait staff were friendly & efficient. The breakfast was delicious. I love that you still get daily room service (miss this so much). If we decide to stay in the Shelter Island area again, we will be booking here!!

It had a small town feel in a big city. Our kids loved the pool. The property was clean and the staff was friendly.

Laundry was not convenient. Check in person was not very good
