Great hotel with the friendliest staff ever. Wonderful hotel to stay at!

Room 209, two palm trees that needed to be trimmed blocked alot of the view of the bay.. rest of stay was great

All I could say is it’s OK

Rude check in

We stayed at this property before and we're pleased with it so we went back. But right away we noticed it was different. It didn't feel as clean. Our first night there the sheets smelt. Then our AC wouldn't work so they had to come in and repair it. Going down to the restaurant they changed the menu and we were told it was under new management which explains everything.

Great people working in the hotel. They made us feel at home.

chick should take notes from Allie . I find it infuriating when hotels add on parking and early check-in fees. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Why did I pay $50 for parking on top of paying for my room? Dumb and irritating imo. Overall, the hotel was nice, location is wonderful. Room was clean and quite large. Patio had amazing views, but Not amazing furniture. Allie and a male kid at the front were phenomenal. Bar and restaurant staff wonderful as well.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean

I paid for a bay view and my view was the parking lot and palm trees literally touching my balcony. I’m so beyond upset over this as well as the parking on this property is a joke. Do not pay $300 plus a night for this place

Great hotel. No issues with anything.

Great location, updated rooms. It was a little loud in the rooms i.e. we could hear guests walking/running upstairs and at the pool but that's expected. Staff in the bar and grill were busy so initially there interactions were not as expected but as we sat for sometime we got a friendly waitstaff member to help us.

Our room was not the view we were promised. There was no privacy because instead of the marina being outside the room the hotel bar was there. Asked to move and no one could help us. Told us we would get a 70$ credit but when looked at the bill was not there. And our balcony leaked water everywhere and asked for maintenance and they never came. Hotel was clean though.

the food was excellent and the staff were accommodating and very friendly! I cannot wait to go back.

The interior of the place was so well kept. Because it is on the marina, the outside needs a little attention (sea gulls) but otherwise was absolutely fantastic!

We have always enjoyed our dtays at the Bay Club.It’s location is my favorite.💕
