Outdoor pool and convenient from the Fourth of July weekend celebrations!

The staff was friendly and professional. The room is nicely updated and was always clean. The bathroom and shower are excellent and clean. The pool area is excellent. The restaurant has a friendly staff and the food was high quality and large portions.

Nice view of the city across the bay. The breakfast menu was great and the food was excellent. I enjoyed watching the Macaws behind our building along with the koi fish. A heated pool and hot tub were nice features along with nightly live music.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and with all of the amenities you would expect. The location is terrific if you want to be close to the city and beaches but with a more relaxed, neighbourhood vibe. Staff were very helpful, and the pool bar was great fun. N/A

Beautiful location and wonderful pool bar. The room was relatively clean, but the carpets need some attention. Parking was difficult as guests compete with parking from those who use the same parking lot to see weekly concerts on the property.

We were told at check in that bike rentals are included. Not being local we asked for suggestions as to where to take them. Staff did not have one suggestion. Why rent out bikes if you can’t give one suggestion as to where to ride them? Unhelpful. My son left his googles at the pool. I went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have them. I went back the next day and was told the lost and found is in a different location and this time I was given instructions on how to access it. I would have wanted to do this the day before as we maybe could have gotten the goggles. Why not try and be a little helpful and tell me about the lost and found in the first place? Cleaning staff walked right into our room while we were in it. We got a call that “someone” had ordered us wine. When they came to deliver it the staff member gave me the bottle and I asked again who is this for? She said “are you Mary Lou?” I said no. Then she took the wine back, right out of my hands! I said I was disappointed because at this point I was excited-and she begrudgingly gave it to me. We googled the price and it was $5. Lobby coffee isn’t free as it is in most other hotels ($3). Parking is steep at $25. The pool charged $11 gratuity to our credit card that we didn’t approve. When I asked about it at check out they assured me that wouldn’t happen- it did.

Property was beautiful. Clean rooms, friendly staff, clean pool, everything you could ask for! We had an awesome stay!

We love Humphreys. The property is beautiful and easy to get around. Pool is great. Service is fantastic. We love staying here

Beautiful property with Tiki vibes. It’s an older hotel but all new and clean inside. Staying on the marina side provided an amazing view!
