Humphreys Half Moon Inn

Room was spacious . Outside lawn area was nice and coy ponds with waterfalls were very cool to view. Enjoyed our stay there. Only downside was they charged for parking which I paid and when leaving they charged us again to leave .

Our room was perfect and we even used the bikes to go to lunch one day and ride around the island. The pool was crowded, but it was a warm summer day so to be expected, but again it was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooling off. Pool was clean and immaculately kept. I would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the property and will plan to stay here at our future san diego visits!!

Honestly, this was such a great experience! It made for the perfect little getaway from Los Angeles. The staff was incredibly friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. One thing that really stood out was the bathroom it was spotless and honestly cleaner than bathrooms I’ve seen at some five-star hotels. You can tell the property is well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back. I would definitely recommend Humphreys Half Moon Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in San Diego.

This is a great little gem of a place. It’s a Polynesian style hotel with cool architecture. We were only there for one night but enjoyed the pool and the patio off our room. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. There was a concert while we were there but we didn’t hear it from inside our room. Definitely will stay there again!

This was a runner down horrible place! The only nice thing about it was they have a 5 start restaurant! Food drinks were straight up A+

It's a beautiful place. It felt like you were staying somewhere in Hawaii. We had a bottom floor room which was beautiful with a little sitting area outside. The only issue we had was that our room was right by the ice machine and it was super loud when people were getting ice late at night. Not much insulation around our door. Also, someone was going through the garbage by the vending machines getting all the cans out of the garbage at like 2:00 in the morning. The staff was super wonderful. The food was really good too that you could order out by the pool. The hotel is very centrally located to everything as well.

Tropical landscape. Clean pool with plenty of seats available. Room felt a bit dated but worked fine. Concert area is phenomenal. Will return if the price is Right.

Beautiful grounds! Had an amazing time celebrating our 20 yr anniversary here and would definitely stay here again!

I did love the patio with tropical trees everywhere and the parriots and mini pond. We had room 125. It has a leak dripping from the ceiling, smells of strong mold. I looked at the ac vent and it has black mold inside and water coming down the wall where the ac and vent are. I felt really uncomfortable and asked to be moved but they were unable to move us because they had no availability. Maybe I just had a not great expirence?

Such a great hotel and wonderful location. We stay here every chance we get because of the great pool,cabana and proximity to everything

We always love staying at Humpreys when we visit San Diego!

This was my 4th time staying at Humphreys. I love the hotel especially the grounds and the room but I am disappointed at the poor service I got especially for how pricey the room was that I booked. It was mainly the front desk staff- I found the majority of them I encountered to be quite rude and not sympathetic or helpful at all. Next time I attend a concert there I may look into booking my room at one of the other nearby hotels instead.

Rooms were clean . Breakfast needs more variety

Humphreys is one of my favorite places to stay when I’m visiting my daughter in San Diego. I think we’ve been there four times now and I would not hesitate to go back.

Hotel was great.restaurant was excellent great view of the harbor at the restaurant.the music was amazing,room was very nice and clean very great place to stay.
