The room and facilities were excellent. Parking was $70.00. It seemed excessive.

Being part of Hilton, I would expect more from this hotel. Carpet inside the room was stained, the sofa bed is really unusable, it is extremely uncomfortable and the hotel did not provide extra blankets. I called the front desk to request 2 extra blankets, they were never delivered. I will say the breakfast staff were all very friendly.

1. The shower door only opened from one side (away from the on/off lever) , so you had to stand in the shower to turn it on. You couldn't stand outside the shower, turn it on, and adjust the water first.

Breakfast service did not have enough staff or seats to meet demand.

Location was great, walkable to the marina and gas lamp districts. Breakfast was a bit early, 6 to 9 am. I was wishing it was till 10.

The rooms were spacious and organized well. The Wi-Fi was very patchy, especially considering that even standard hotels now typically provide reliable connectivity. One member of the breakfast service staff consistently appeared disgruntled. The breakfast spread was average and did not seem to justify the cost.
