Our room was very hot the AC was not working the whole time we stayed. We told the front desk and they told us the best they could do was give us a fan, it was so muggy and uncomfortable. The price was not worth it, you also have to pay for parking everyday

Property was central to lots of different things to do. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful.

It was an inexpensive uber ride to the airport & sea world. 2 minute walk to seaport village.

Check-in was very slow. We had a large group, six rooms, and one of the rooms was not available till after 5 o’clock. Also, hotel staff forgot to give us the necessary “breakfast cards.“

Central to Seaport and its attractions. The hotel’s breakfast was good and included in price. Staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was a little temperamental but nothing too bad.

Breakfast was good and they also had a free happy hour every evening in the afternoon with two free drinks and snacks! Great location and awesome view.

The extra fees are maddening.. $25 a day attached to our bill to spend on the property and if we did not spend the money I was charged regardless. That is not a great way to win loyalty. The confusion that occurred with our booking did not build loyalty… and the overall billing was confusing and did not help build confidence, As a regular guest at this property, I was dissatisfied with this visit.

This hotel was nice and very clean. Great for a family. Valet parking only but we were able to find parking in the street. In a great location, busy location.
