Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown

They need to shape up big time. Dirty lined..stained bathtubs, below average service and food and ridiculous prices.

Vanessa was amazing.

Our room wasn't set up well. Ran out of towels and toilet paper during our stay.

Great made to order breakfast and spacious rooms. Would have preferred an outdoor pool so the chlorine fumes weren’t so strong but otherwise it was good.

For what you get it's not horrible. Room is dated with lots to improve but manageable. Pool was too cold but kids enjoyed it. Parking is $70.

My room was dusty and floors were not vacuum.

I don’t liked the destination fee$$25.

Great location, amazing views. Only valet parking available. Room was ok. Very crowded during breakfast and cleaning staff would rush to clear the tables while we were still eating. Indoor pool is very nice with an old vibe!

Old rooms, old bathrooms no more free waters, if you book via partners no more points or nights towards status and breakfast was a let down as first it is only till 9am and if you get there at 8:15 you won’t make it due to long lines. did not have breakfast at the property at all. But sure if I want to stay at embassy suites or Hilton again.

Excellent & clean.

Nice rooms. Clean and had most of the amenities you’d expect. The play dry was only coin operated which seems quite outdated. The concierge staff was very nice.

This hotel was everything we wanted! Great staff, amazing location, the room was great (a little dusty but not a big deal), & we had a great time! If we ever go back to San Diego this will be the hotel to go back to

Note we only have 1 small child but he really enjoyed sleeping in the pull out couch. We've stayed on both the harbor and city view sides. Yes, you can slightly here the train signals on the city view side. However, it gets drowned out with the AC and my kid loves trains, thus city view was actually preferred. Finally, we did get charged $12 for the 2 bottles of Fiji water. However, when I called the hotel to inform them about this, they quickly credited my credit card. Perhaps there's better options in San Diego but Embassy Suites works for us!
