Great staff, breakfast & location. Could use a bit of a pool renovation and outside window clean to see the beautiful views better.

Only option is to valet your vehicle. The valet had us outside for a half hour waiting for our vehicle after saying they were going to get it.

The omelet chefs are amazing-quick and tasty.

Love the view of the bay love being so close to Seaport Village three minute walk. Love the amenities. Just a memorable stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. breakfast was good. No self parking available only valet at $70 a day. Found a bit pricey. But it is downtown.

I paid extra for a bay view room. They put us in a different room. When I called they said none were available and blamed Expedia. After talking with four different people, not a single person followed up or offered a solution. Zero follow through. Very disappointed to pay extra and not even be offered the difference in price. I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review but since I gave them multiple chances to correct this during my stay, with no resolution, just be aware that you’ll pay for an upgraded room but you may not get it and you won’t get reimbursed for their error.

Property location is great. Love the breakfast in the morning great way to start our day and the reception in the evening was a great way to end our day.

We were welcomed the moment we drove up to the moment we checked in. Very friendly staff. The only this was the humidity was quite extreme. But other than that, everything was fabulous. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back.

The line for a smooth process. Check out was the same, really perfer to park my own vehicle to avoid this big problem. Such a nice place for this type of set up.

Location was prime, perfect stroll to Seaport Village, Harbor cruises and Ferry to Coronado Island. No driving needed. Great location to many restaurants within walking distance. The high $70 a day valet parking prices. No options for self parking. Other hotels charge $25-$30 a day for parking.

The building is an older one that has been remodeled and the ope. Spaces look modern. The room we stayed in had some damage to cabinets under the sink and the shower could not be turned off to fill the tub.

Our room was very hot the AC was not working the whole time we stayed. We told the front desk and they told us the best they could do was give us a fan, it was so muggy and uncomfortable. The price was not worth it, you also have to pay for parking everyday

Property was central to lots of different things to do. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful.
