Check in process was easy and the location is perfect to walk around and to visit the downtown area.

Staff were great and friendly, really appreciated being told with the perks of our status was and what we were entitled to in addition to our hotel stay

Could not get to room til 5pm. No.pool facilities. No "resort benefuts" (spa, paddleboard, bike etc) were available for my stay....but still had to pay resort fee. Room was clean but windows were filthy

We had a lovely stay. Walking distance to seaport which is a must see everytime we visit. the staff were so nice and helpful. The view was amazing and we will definitely stay again.

everything was perfect

The pictures on this website are terrible. I was extremely hesitant, but because it was a Hyatt location. I decided to go with my gut because I’ve stayed at Hyatt before. When I arrived at the hotel did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. If you’re thinking to book a room at this hotel do it. I completely recommend it.

Superb

Our stay overall was good. We only stayed for one night but we took advantage of a lot of their amenities. Loved that there is a Starbucks inside the hotel. They did have some construction going outside the hotel, was not pretty to see but inside it was fine. Took a dive in the pool at night and it was warm. Tried their rooftop bar but they close early. Location is great. You can walk to so many different places. If you’re visiting San Diego for the first time this is a great hotel to stay at. My room was quiet and i had a great night sleep. The view was wonderful. The elevator did take me a minute to figure out but once we did it was very easy. I would stay here again.

The corner king had some amazing views. We ran into an issue with the room that was not originally corrected but then it was corrected and compensated. I was pleased with how it was handled

Checked in early with no charge. Basil was fantastic getting the room for us. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Beautiful view of my old ship the USS Midway. Room service was excellent for breakfast. Cleaning staff were exceptional. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay. We just have two suggestions. Provide a couple of more Bath Towels in the rooms. We also would have liked to see the Restaurant offer more options than just a Buffet for breakfast.

Best hotel in the area

Only negative is that the pool can get rather crowded and therefore no sun loungers available. So get there nice and early!
