Clean room friendly staff close to gifts shops only issue was Starbucks doesn’t serve everything but there’s a Starbucks in walking distance so it was okay

The breakfast was pretty good at Sally's.

For the most part elevators were not a crazy mess. Lived the location as it was convenient to walk to many different places safely that were within walking distance. Window blinds and windows were all electronic which was a nice feature.

Hotel location and staff were great. Parking is overpriced at 55 dollars a day and the parking elevator broke down on our way out and had to walk 4 flights to get the car.

We had a suite to use as a bridal party hair and makeup ready room for a large group of bridesmaids . It was perfect- the staff, especially the front desk and luggage servicemen, were so accommodating with our large quantities of items for the wedding. Very happy with our stay.

Housekeeping staff is the nicest staff! Thank you for your hard work. The room has thin walls… snoring and other unpleasant noises can be heard. Overall, good stay for in and out.

The main pool deck on the 4th floor is closed for renovations this year, which was not disclosed during booking. The pool was the main reason I booked the hotel, this was a major disappointment.

great spot and within walking distance to restaurants by the water and walking distance to the gaslamp district. Malibu Farm was excellent for lunch!
