The staff was unfriendly, which made the experience less enjoyable. Food and drink options were quite limited, and the main pool was closed for renovations, which was disappointing especially on a holiday weekend.

The check in was under staffed and the bathroom had a broken cabinet. I was not happy with the bed or pillow situation. Parking was difficult to say the lease. The interaction with staff was pleasant. Mass check out again was under staffed The room/hallway felt warmer than they should be and the thermos is not register that
