Understand check in is at 4pm but arrived at 3:30 and although others were being checked in behind me, I was asked to wait 30 mins more as my room wasn’t ready. On the day of checkout, as we were almost done packing to head out of the room, our door was knocked on my staff (non cleaning as they were wearing a suit) at 11:01am to confirm we know check out is at 11:00am. I frequently travel at mid to luxury hotels and never experienced this before.

It’s the a top hotel in San Diego with great views.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated on the bay and very accessible to the city's main attractions. The train is also very near by which makes this hotel a grand stay.

Staff were very helpful and nice and a big thanks to housekeeping because our room was cleaned all the time!

I enjoyed my stay and would happily return if I’m in the area.

The hotel was at capacity yet, Basil at the front desk helped my family and I immensely with a smile and extremely helpful information regarding the property. He really went above and beyond for us.

Always great service from the front desk, beautiful, clean property with everything near by. This is the only place we like to stay at when visiting San Diego.

Everything was great, location was amazing, property is Beautiful. The only issue was we arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready.

This place was amazing great location! Only downside was the parking garage, already narrow parking garage, coupled with big cars parking in the compact spots and on level three they are using part of the row for storage so you have to squeeze in. Other than that great stay but be mindful if you have a bigger vehicle when parking.

Incredible hotel! Pricey! But worth it!

The bed sheets in our rooms appeared used and dirty, which was unacceptable. Additionally, one of the three rooms I booked clearly smelled of smoke, despite the front-desk staff repeatedly insisting that the hotel is entirely smoke-free. The misleading information and poor cleanliness made for a very disappointing stay. This hotel deserves zero stars; I only wish that were an option.

This was a gorgeous hotel!! The location is perfectly located to walk to the Gaslamp Quarter. We had the chance to upgrade to an ocean view room so we did that. The view was amazing. The rooms are very modern and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely return on our next visit to San Diego.

Clean room and remodeled. Kids had fun at the coastal pool

Huge hotel. Everything you needed is there. Beds were comfortable the room was super clean. Parking was easy.
