A fantastic stay during our vacation!
-
Holiday weekend and everything was perfection! Check in and check out were a breeze and room was amazing! Food and drinks inside the hotel were ridiculously overpriced but luckily so many food options outside of the hotel near by!
-
We spent the 4th of July weekend there. Fireworks was right in front of our hotel. Great pool but get there really bcuz it will get full and you can’t reserve a seat.

Bike rental convince Friendly staff Not bike locks. We couldn’t stop anywhere to eat or drink or shop. Bathroom missing the little of the convince toiletries. TV sound was for the soccer game was scrambled. Movie select wasn’t good. The key cards were not working well in the elevators.

Lovely stay, but some crowded amenitiesOverall, we had a beautiful stay with plenty of activities to keep us busy. The room itself was very clean, though the housekeeping team forgot to put trash bags in the bins. The pool area gets very crowded and busy. My biggest disappointment was the Starbucks closing every day at 4:00 PM, which felt too early. Still, a beautiful

Thank you so much Best Hamid

Super convenient to PetCo Park. Check-in line was ridiculously long but the hotel had all hands on deck to move customers as quickly as possible into rooms. Appreciate the convenience to Gaslamp district as well. Room was fine; partial view and very comfortable bed. Only issue: the Starbucks on site didn’t keep very long hours, closed in the afternoon. Will return!

property was great the stay was great but people helping not so great.
-
Overall, enjoyed my stay. It is family friendly. Pool is kid friendly. The only thing is that snacks are very expensive. So families, consider taking your own snacks and beverages.

The rooms were very clean, new, very comfortable and amazing views!

The hotel was nice and clean and we were able to upgrade to a corner room for the nice view . Staff was nice

We spent 4 nights here. The hotel staff were not always helpful and checking in was chaotic and I had to wait in line 3 times. We also had issues coming in and out of the parking garage. They give you a free reusable water bottle as a part of your resort fee. This is an aluminum bottle of water that tastes like it is from the hose outside. The pool area was clean but very small for the size of the property. One boys soccer team basically took over the whole place. Food and drinks were very expensive. It was ok. Not terrible.

Good

And make sure you ask them about all hidden fees, because they will hit you with them on checkout.

Very clean Loved everything

I asked for a late checkout of only one hour and it was denied. I can’t remember the last time a late check from 11 am to Noon was not accommodated.

The hotel was great, great location and clean. The breakfast was good, just busy and not enough servers.

We had a great time staying at the Hilton. The room was very clean, and the pool area was great. The place had a lot of options for food that we really enjoyed.
