I was disappointed that we did not have water in our room. A complimentary bottle was available if you went down to the market area on the lower area. Also, the valet parking was ridiculously expensive. I think $75.00 to park overnight when you are staying at the hotel is excessive.

Access to downtown is great and location was wonderful

However for $400 a night I'd expect the room to be CLEAN, upon arrival is looks cleans but once you start using the room you'll find dust on the headboard, filthy phone, counters are dirty in the cracks, drawer handles are dirty, bathroom towel shelf under the sink is dirty and all around the vanity legs, dirty. The carpet wasnt properly vacuumed upon arrival. On our last day before check out day, we left the room early for some attractions and returned late to the room to find it dirty from the morning, no towels, no refills on anything, we were traveling with 2 small kids which needed a bath and go to bed, so that was frustrating to deal with at 10pm instead of housekeeping cleaning the room as the should. Overall, it's ok, but wasn't the happiest with what I got for what I paid. If you get breakfast, it's pretty good, choosing from a menu (not buffet).

Decent stay, served the purpose needed.

Staff was just ok. Room smelled musky. Air wasn't on when we got into our room. The soap hadn't been refilled and the tv wasn't working. We arrived around 6pm and went straight to the pool. The pool area was really dirty with trash overflowing from the trash cans. When I responded to the text they sent to see how things were going, they sent someone up to refill the soap and check on the TV. I would stay here again if it was work-related, but for vacation, I'd definitely try somewhere else, especially if you want to feel like you're on vacation. I also let them know through text that the pool gate was left open which is very dangerous and against pool safety laws. They never responded. Very strange experience.

Great Hotel its my go-to hotel in San Diego
-
The trip was primarily focused on seeing MLB games at Petco Park. When we arrived we realized not only were we close to the stadium, but the hotel has its own dedicated walkway directly to Petco Park!! AWESOME!! Staff was great, rooms were very nice, clean & comfortable. Will definitely return

There ended up being more charges then expected, and parking is expensive
-
Billing could get a bit hard to understand. Immediately get hit with multiple pending charges and eventually some fall off but the math still doesn’t add up
-
Hotel was clean and staff was helpful , hotel has many amenities. Overall great experience except there was a system outage and took over an hour to check in.

Great hotel ... even better view

Hotel was beautiful and is in an amazing spot for vacationing. Lots of fun things to do nearby such as jet skiing, biking, and going to the beach (La jolla beach is worth it). I did read reviews about people having trouble with their bookings through Expedia but in my experience everything was smooth and easy. I was in my room within 10 minutes of entering the hotel. Only reason i’m giving it 4 stars is because on the app it said i owed 100$ once i arrive at the hotel but it ended up being 250$ which was the deposit and hotel fees. The deposit is refundable But it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Also this hotel is 18+ which is great for people who aren’t yet 21+ and are looking to book a nice hotel.

The hotel was a great location, close to everything. It was clean. I wished the pool was nicer and the restaurant had more options on the menu. I didn’t like not having a balcony.
