Location was great. Free parking awesome. Noisy at night. But it's the city.

Location was great! We didn't appreciate all the noise from.the club next door. The shower was terrible. No fridge either

Location, room size, free parking!!! We asked for extra bed and they approved this but when we came they just forgot and the man in the reception couldn’t help

Good location. Walking distance to many tourist destinations. The hotel is nothing fancy but is a nice clean place to stay! Having parking on site was a bonus! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The location and value for money. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Linens were not great. Room was dark. Low water pressure on the shower.

I liked that every thing is in walking distance especially to the piers. China town was walking distance as well. The hotel rooms needs upgrading.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My bed wasn’t very comfortable but the bed my family member’s used was very comfortable. Can’t win ‘em all. I’m sure some people would have loved the bed I had, just wasn’t good for me.

Location was good, had off street parking On arrival, not informed that there wasn't housekeeping. Spoke to the manager who was less than helpful. Also a fire door was propped open on our floor during the whole of our stay.

The location, the staff, the comfortable bed This is a dated property & a little shabby but terrific value for money in a great location. There’s no double-glazing so it was a little noisy on Saturday night

Very well located in a nice area, with good parking. The staff were thoughtful and reminded us several times not to leave any belongings in the car. However, the interiors felt dated and worn, especially the carpeting. We could hear every noise from the corridor, including doors opening and closing (earplugs required). The bathroom was also old-fashioned, with the sink located outside it, in the bedroom.

This is an excellent place to stay as the rooms are large and comfortable and the water pressure is good. The check-in staff is so friendly. Plus free parking!! Only two small drawbacks: no fridge for leftovers and only one car per room. Otherwise all of North Beach is uphill walking distance and it is next door to Bimbo’s if you’re there for a show.

The Columbus Inn is conveniently located and offers parking, which was very helpful There was a yummy cafe around the corner for breakfast and Fisherman's Wharf was easily walkable.
