Nikki n Mike were very friendly n helpful. Location’s great, walking distance to many attractions in SF. The showers lack facilities to put soap and stuffs. The floors were very slippery after shower. But simple fixes could just be adding a shower caddy and floor mats.

I've stayed here for 10 days and I've enjoyed the location and pricing. My room had a fridge, microwave, TV and a sink which was convenient. The shared bathrooms and showers were fine, although one of the showers was just a bathtub and the other got closed near the end of my stay due to sanitary reasons, so I had to go to another floor. Bed was nice and comfy, check-in took a bit of time but was smooth overall, for the price this stay was great. Street noise was loud even for someone like me who can sleep through a lot, mostly due to vehicles in the morning, but this was easy to solve with earplugs. Room was mostly clean, but the closet hanger line was damaged, and there was an extension cord for the TV that was just hanging mid-air which didn't instill confidence. No elevator, had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs, but it's an old building so not unexpected.
