The Host Laurence was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We felt very welcome and appreciated his hospitality. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was a great value! I highly recommend this place. It’s great! Nothing

This was so much nicer than staying in a regular hotel room. My suite consisted of a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living space with dining table, living room and kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and they were able to put me in a quiet room on an upper floor. The walk to Union Square was just 5 minutes, so it was convenient for shopping. it was also only a short walk to Chinatown where I had the most authentic Chinese food I have eaten in a long time. There was no parking at the property. This didn't impact me as I used Uber to get around, but it is something to know if you have a car.

rooms were spacious however upon arriving my room was not cleaned well. there was finger nail clippings on kitchen counter and something sticky split all over the floor. Room cleanliness was not even remotely up to par, location was ok but one block the wrong way and it was unsafe, checking in was a mess. 1 check in person who was on phone while 6 sales people watched me standing there for 10 min. then tried to sell me something the second I was down checking in.
