I stayed in a renovated room with private bathroom. The room was clean and nice. The hallway was under renovation during my stay, but I was never bothered by it. The hotel is well located and convenient. The only thing that you should be aware of is that the entrance has a long staircase and there is no elevator in this hotel.

Had a great stay and staff were very helpful. Thank be to God

Good

Nearby chinatown and almost everything you need. The staff were so helpful and assisted me storing my luggage before check in and after checking out. They’re doing renovations when I was there so things are little messy and loud die to construction but all in all I’ll definitely book again

This was one of the most basic hotels I have stayed in for years. The first room had a very noisy compressor or similar equipment directly outside the window. The staff did allow me to move to another room, which I appreciated, but the second room was quite warm, and loud voices in the middle of the night woke me up. Overall, it was a poor experience, especially when a good night's sleep was important. The staff was helpful in changing my room, but the hotel itself did not meet my expectations based on the reviews. I would not stay here again.

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. There were holes in the walls. There was no carpet throughout any of the stairs hallways floors. The window in our room had a torn screen would not stay open. There are many, many others too many to name. We had 5 days reservations and we left after the first night.
-
The fact that he wouldn’t let me pay for my room with a card because of my last name change it was horrible and embarrassing
-
Dirty room, not the room i booked as in the pictures, pile of crap in the restroom, so loud to the point i was woken up every morning by stomping and noise. nice location. Miserable stay
-
No parking. Had to pay 60$/night at nearest lot. Which the hotel advertised that it was only 25$/night.
-
For the price and location is was fair. But main a simple vaccuming of the lobby would be nice.
-
For an inexpensive hotel in San Francisco Europa was surprisingly clean and updated. What’s the upgrades are complete and the carpet is changed. This looks to be a very good and inexpensive choice.

Great location just unfortunately very noisy
-
Kumar, Dave and Al were very helpful throughout my stay. The location near the Embarcadero is ideal for travelling to and from SFO especially if cruising. I ate many sumptuous Chinese meals in nearby Chinatown. I will definitely stay at the Europa Hotel again. Their new elevator will be in operation very soon which is a bonus.
