we actually enjoyed our stay we stayed here because we ran the sf marathon and this was pretty close to the start line very clean rooms and spacious 10/10 no complaints just that it could be a little noisy at night from the night life but other then that the room was clean and beds were clean

It was quiet and confortable

I am a return customer. I returned because my previous stay in 2019 was also excellent. Royal Pacific is a clean, well maintained property in Chinatown at the intersection with North Beach. Our room was simple and well maintained. The staff was uniformly helpful. They have onsite parking which is necessary in this densely populated district. The room rate was very reasonable for our stay. The Royal Pacific is located within walking distance of the financial district. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby. It is adjacent to Columbus street which is main street to get over the Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, and the Marina District. There is no need to over spend, I will return to the Royal Pacific when the time comes.

The staff was excellent and the rooms are clean

Shared balcony, the hotel is very old like 1980s, the price does not match the quality. Not recommended at all.

Loved the location. Right by all the best DimSum and chinese restaurants. Great view, we could see the ocean from the 5th floor (back area)! Very good customer service and parking attendant was fabulous!!

Convenient to cable cars, China town and pretty much everywhere. Can park your cars for free and explore. It’s a clean classic hotel room

This is a great hotel for families traveling to San Francisco. You can't beat the location--it's at the intersection of Chinatown and Little Italy and there is so much cool culture and things to do. Contrast with Union Square (where many tourists stay), which is bland and overpriced, this neighborhood is fantastic. The property has definitely seen better days, but it was clean and safe. I traveled with my kids, ages 12 and 14, and it was a perfect spot for us.

My partner and I stayed 2 nights and loved it here. This place had what we needed to rest after enjoying the city. We got lucky and found a free spot for our car and parking was free. Our room was clean. We didn't get a balcony but the walkway to our room was basically like a balcony. Loved that Pier 39 was just a 20 min walk away. So much to explore nearby that is walking distance! Would definitely stay here again.

Pacific Motor Inn is a fabulous hotel in a great location for the price. Staff is very friendly and you’re in the heart of North beach Chinatown and very close to Fishermans wharf. Not a dull moment in those neighborhoods so much fun great food great bars I love San Francisco.

It's so outdated, but it is clean and the staff is lovely. You have FREE Parking in SF!! You are steps from China Town, a few minutes from little italy and maybe a 20 minute walk to the the wharf. We were really happy since all we needed was a place to lay our heads after a long day on the town.

Great location. fun vibe. great to have parking. very uncomfortable sofa bed; probably from 1963. a guy was amplifying his encouragement of Jesus outside until 2am. I should have called the police on him, or maybe the hotel should have. that was annoying. nice place though!
