Very good, great location, free...

Staff It was a little sticky on the floors. We’ve stayed before but this time it felt less clean. Maybe it was just they were busy.

The position is good and the parking is very very nice (and free!) .

Good price, great location, free parking. Room for me and my kids

Once I turned on the A/C the noise from the other room was drowned out.

Great location if you want to stay in Chinese community. But the food quality of the restaurants in this area is not as good as I expected compared to 30 years ago.

Very clean and located in a great area for walking, site seeing, dining and nightlife!!

Best location, walk to Chinatown, walk to North Beach, walk to the T line train and the parking is free. You can't beat these pluses. The only small issue is that the rooms need updating. If that doesn't bother you, you can't go wrong with this place.

Room was okay and clean overall, but there were some odd smells. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent enough for a short stay in San Francisco.

Accessible to Chinatown and free parking.

The location was convenient, the hotel was quiet, check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was very limited, and we were simply lucky to find a suitable spot for our car. The room was clean, but it looked extremely old and outdated. Because of its condition and age, I felt uncomfortable and kept worrying that I might see a cockroach or bed bug.

Good location, room smelled a bit smoky but clean enough for the price and would recommend for a short stay! Parking worked perfectly and great to have considering parking prices elsewhere.

Price, close to where we were going. Security chain on the door was broken, shower stall floor needed deep clean /replaced. Vending machines out of order.

For the cost clean hotel in SF with onsite parking. Note balconies are shared between rooms, no separation.

Location was very good , easy walking distance to waterfront and right in middle of China town with great food options. Decor dated but the beds were comfortable and the place was clean..it was also quiet and we got a restful sleep after a long travel day ! .

Good parking management and nice staff that let us check-in a bit earlier than planned. Maybe it is because of our early check-in but when we entered our room, the smell of javel was too dominant and wasn’t completely dry on the table which caused some of our things to be lose their colours. The sound of the bathroom’s fan was also really loud.

The location of the property is perfect. It is so central to the San Francisco city area. Walking distance to most key areas and close to all public transport. The free parking space that comes with your room is a no brainer and makes having a car in the city much easier. The property was filthy and unhygienic. No hand soap, hair everywhere, dusty, strange stains, food and a noticeably unpleasant smell. The response from staff when this issue was raised was dismissive and unhelpful. No resolution or form of compensation was offered or suggested. When I asked to leave and for a partial refund I was told I would need to wait until the Manager is back in two days time. It is unacceptable to leave no one in charge to deal with guest issues and complaints. The free parking space is good however, your car is regularly parked in and difficult to access. If your car is moved to the ground level car park there is a high likelihood you will not be able to access your car late at night as the car park is filled completely overnight including the driveway. The valet parking attendant downstairs is also very rude and treats you asking for your car as an inconvenience.
