Location was great, and there’s always traffic in that area so the secured parking was well worth the extra cost just to have it. We needed to be in that area and there were just a few hotel options and I’m glad I picked the SW Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, Had mini fridge, iron, TV, everything you’d expect. Front desk is manned 24 hours with secured in and out door service. AC worked great too. Will definitely come back to stay here again. No biggie, but no bring a cube for your USB plug in devices. Front desk had loaners though and there’s a Walgreens nearby for other convenience essentials you forget. Nothing negative to note, just a little FYI on what to expect or not expect.

Good value, clean, friendly staff No in room coffee

The location is ideal walking distance to many San Francisco points of interest such as North Beach, Chinatown, and Fisherman’s Wharf. It was very noisy into the night with people frequenting bars and restaurants nearby.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Mattress was okay but extremely firm. My room window looked out into windows of other rooms in the same hotel.

Location, just a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf, pier 39, clean, friendly staff, comfortable. Close to red light district, and can be noisy
-
Location Price, room was old and crazy basic.
-
Right in the center of North Beach Needed to be updated very old accommodation heater bathrooms synthetic light Asian bedspreads carpets old it really needs to be remodeled
-
A nearby live house was open with its doors left open, and loud music could be heard until around 2 a.m., causing significant discomfort.
-
They put us next to our friend so that we had adjoining rooms. So fun!
-
Close to all restaurants very convenient. Property is a bit outdated.

Good location, esp for China Town and North Beach. Easy to get around. Room was good size and very quiet Hotel was very quiet - apart from reception staff, I didn't see anyone else which felt a little isolating as a solo traveller. But the hotel itself was v good for the price

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Good location. Wish they had breakfast on site.
-
Staff was very friendly. Would have been nice to have a safe in the room and coffee available in the lobby.

The look of this whole hotel is very old, they haven't upgraded to card locks. There is a cupboard inside the room where one of the knob was broken Too expensive for the quality of stay, wish it was cheaper. No breakfast
-
In the heart of Chinatown. It was everything I expected. No problems.
-
Nice staff, very clean, and secure parking.
