Very friendly, perfect location

Water near front desk empty, without cups; our room was located right next to stairs/elevator with many people coming/going loudly till late in night, water/ice machine not working; coffee in AM empty. The room was basic… beds were OK; you must ask at front desk for the “free” collapsible water bags in order to be able to obtain water…. Ours leaked promptly after filling. To be fair we spent the prior 3 nights at Argonaut which was the same price point but worlds apart in terms of quality, service and quietude. Location is good… but aside from that we likely wouldn’t stay here again

The free drinks we could not be used because the bar staffing was not enough causing long lines. Noice outside every night from 10pm to 1am Sat night loud and motorcycles, Sun night street cleaner came by many times at 1230 to 1am People were outside in the alley many times after 12 midnight. Ad said pool is heated, it was not No map or guide was given at check in so we did know about water and 2 hour free bike rental until it was fully booked the next day. Enat was a great hostess at breakfast very helpful and nice. Other staff at check in counter were helpful.

The room was ok, but no fridge, no coffee machine. Wierd hours for bar & coffee in lobby not offered all day. Great location, games and sitting area was nice.
