This hotel is not right downtown but easily accessible by SLO Transit bus. It is also across the street from a grocery store and close to restaurants, clothing stores, and Laguna Lake park.

Great staff!! Rooms were good. Water pressure was a little low. Only issue was noisy neighbors (workers staying there) and not enough parking.

Location was fine. The breakfast was OK. What was 3 flights of stairs to our room when they told us it was just 1. Room location was terrible, on an out side walk way that looked like it could separate from the building at any time. The baseboard in the closet/ sink area crumbled and came off when lightly tapped . I paid $2400 for 3 nights for this. Terrible.
