The room was clean and very comfortable. The front staff receptionists, especially Anthony, was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was very good with many offerings. Every afternoon, at 5, wine and snacks were served in the lobby. The coffee machine in the lobby was also a great bonus; you could select specialty coffee beverages. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. We travelled with our dog. The hotel offered a fenced dog run at the back of the property and we had an easy walk to a beautiful park with a lake right next to the hotel.

Comfortable room and bed. The pool was lovely and relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. The noise from the room above was a little bothersome. I’d request an upper floor with a pool view to get away from the parking lot if we returned. We had a great stay.

This hotel is not right downtown but easily accessible by SLO Transit bus. It is also across the street from a grocery store and close to restaurants, clothing stores, and Laguna Lake park.

Great staff!! Rooms were good. Water pressure was a little low. Only issue was noisy neighbors (workers staying there) and not enough parking.
