clean hotel and friendly staffs

The staff was nice. Was disappointed our room was not cleaned. Had no do not disturb signage hanging. Had to flag housekeeping down to get more towels. The day of departure had two different people knock on our door at 0900 to see if we had checked out. That was annoying! Especially since checkout was 11:00. Otherwise room was super clean and beds comfy. Loved the SLO market next door. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice large room. Shower and bathroom very good. Staff was friendly and checkout time was 11am, which helped in our schedule. Location was another plus for the activities we had during the stay. I thought the price was a little higher than expected for SLO. Our room was near an exit door which slammed loudly when someone went out. It was windy so that may have made it close even harder. The eggs, and waffles in the breakfast were cold, but there was a decent selection of items.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of healthy options.

Very clean, modern, nice sized rooms. Would have liked to see some grass area for dogs to pee. Only grass was fake grass in SLO ranch. Not the best place to see where kids play.

We stayed for two separate reservations at the Springhill Suites and Residence Inn . It has two parts to the hotel. Suites and Residence. The residence is the one to pick in our opinion as it has a kitchen. It also cost us less on the Residence side for the room with kitchen and full size refrigerator and than the Suites. Great pool which long enough to do some lengths rather than just get wet. All was very well maintained and modern. I believe the hotel was just over a year old when we stayed. The hotel offers free breakfast buffet which was fairly typical fare for an American hotel. Breakfast was particularly busy every morning with an “every man for themselves” feel. We started taking basic items back to our room instead. Over all a very nice modern and clean hotel. Kevin on the front desk was a superstar stand out for us. We’d definitely stay again but would book the “Residence” side.

Our family LOVED this stay. It was brand new, clean, stylish...my kids thought we had really "splurged" for the luxury hotel! We often stop in SLO or Paso Robles and this is our first time staying here. We will absolutely be back. Walking distance to restaurants and a market, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, and friendly staff.

New, clean, roomy, nice decor, bathrooms were especially nice. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. My daughter thought the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great property. Very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pits were a nice touch for the cooler nights. I will be rebooking here in the future.
