Only complaint is the hallway door slamming shut

Room clean, property clean, staff- 100%on customer service. Breakfast and eating area and cooking staff- great/lots of space to eat. Did not try the gym this stay. Easy check in and check out no hassles through a third party.

It’s a great spot close to all the cute little stores and restaurants. The hotel was pretty clean.

This property is located in the center of pismo beach & Morro Bay. It’s the perfect location to stay to visit all along the beach.

There is SLO ranch walking distance from the hotel with live music, eateries, market, and pub. Not much else around property. Breakfast was decent. Staff (Sahar) was very helpful. Only negative was some other staff member on second day made a fuss about giving a water bottle even though i am a silver marriott bonvoy member. Overnight parking for $15 is excessive given the room prices, otherwise good stay

Our experience here was great! Staff was friendly, place was very clean and the rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Beds were a little firm for our liking and seemed more like full size than queens. But the location was great and the overall stay meet our needs. We will be back again!

Conveniently located by the food court/food hall, with pool and fire pits and bar downstairs. Descent daily breakfast. There was just one day when were there, a big group was being too loud with music almost the entire day at the pit area. Wish the management/security would stop them especially after 8-9pm when few of us need sleep.

This was our second stay here in 3 months, and it will continue to be a hotel of choice when going to SLO. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to great spots to grab a quick meal. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, from the bartender to the front desk to the maintenance workers. The lobby and bar are set up perfectly for spending time with friends (perfect for groups traveling together, as we have both times we've visited). The room itself is roomy and well-maintained. Also, it's pet-friendly with many cute pups staying there (a plus for us, and it worked well to bring our furry friends along). We'll be back!

All was great!

Great place to travel with our family of 4 plus 1 grandparent in our 2 queen bed + 1 sofa bed + 1 bath. Included buffet breakfast was simple but tasty. Kids loved the pool, but it was not heated to our liking for typical “June Gloom” days in SLO county and tough without a hot tub onsite at the pool. Dad had to rush our freezing toddler up to the hotel room to warm up in a hot shower. Everything about the bar and outdoor fire pits were friendly and inviting. The next door petting zoo and local farm market store (not farmer’s market) were a nice treat for grandpa to take the toddler and tween to for entertainment while we had a little business to conduct in morning. Centrally located for our business needs in both Morro Bay and Grover Beach.

This is a very nice, clean property conveniently located next to SLO Ranch, which offers a great selection of food and a brewery. There is plenty of pleasant outdoor seating available as well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but it provided enough variety to satisfy everyone's preferences.
