Great location. Clean and new.

Great place to travel with our family of 4 plus 1 grandparent in our 2 queen bed + 1 sofa bed + 1 bath. Included buffet breakfast was simple but tasty. Kids loved the pool, but it was not heated to our liking for typical “June Gloom” days in SLO county and tough without a hot tub onsite at the pool. Dad had to rush our freezing toddler up to the hotel room to warm up in a hot shower. Everything about the bar and outdoor fire pits were friendly and inviting. The next door petting zoo and local farm market store (not farmer’s market) were a nice treat for grandpa to take the toddler and tween to for entertainment while we had a little business to conduct in morning. Centrally located for our business needs in both Morro Bay and Grover Beach.

This is a very nice, clean property conveniently located next to SLO Ranch, which offers a great selection of food and a brewery. There is plenty of pleasant outdoor seating available as well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but it provided enough variety to satisfy everyone's preferences.

The property is very clean, modern and spacious. We were very comfortable during our stay.

* Desk staff and manager were consistently helpful, respectful, and quick to assist. * Hotel appeared clean and mostly well maintained inside and out. * Adjustable in-room thermostat meant no loud AC cycling at night. * Convenient location near the freeway, stores, and restaurants. * Blackout curtains and mini fridge were useful. * Large parking lot made parking easy. **Cons:** * Expedia did not clearly disclose the $15/night parking fee. * No bathroom fan, which made restroom use uncomfortable. * Complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing: food seemed undercooked and bland, and two people in our group felt queasy after eating the sausage. After the first morning, we avoided all hotel food, and opted to eat elsewhere. * Despite booking for four guests, we repeatedly received only three towels and had to request extras. * Shower leaked badly each use, soaking the bathroom floor. From continued leaking you can tell this cause wall damage and damaged the grout and raised tile piece (added images) which also caused me to stub and cut my toe. * Beds and pillows were uncomfortable for all four guests; my husband slept on the couch because it was more comfortable than the bed (this was just more of preference though). While the staff handled concerns professionally, the comfort and maintenance issues did not match the cost of the stay.

Clean room, nice fire pits. If you have an electric vehicle, there is plenty of parking right at the front door (30 spaces). However, if you drive a nasty gas burner, you have to park farther away and walk past the approximately 30 (mostly empty) spaces.

Improvements needed: - Breakfast needs a bit more fresh fruits. - the shower screen was leaking a lot of water to the floor outside. It needs to be better sealed. - Toilet paper was so thin and cheap. They should use better quality. - The location of the bathroom in the room is in the middle. It's a bit awkward. - The barn door for the bathroom doesn't block out any sound from inside or outside. - The shower screen is totally transparent, so it's very awkward and embarrassing for other family members to be using the bath or sink while someone showers.

Over priced for the value of the stay Blankets had stains and dirty floors.

Staff were efficient and professional. Room was clean and quiet. Ordered a light dinner from the bar and they prepared something that was not on the menu, but better suited my appetite. After showering, somehow a pool of water appeared near the entrance to the bathroom. I used the bathmat to sop it up.

Breakfast was good, especially considering that some hotels to include some marriotts dont offer complementary breakfast. I wish the hotel would have had a jacuzzi.

I love the location there is a farmers market behind the hotel which you can exit through pool erea that have anything you need local shops from coffee to pastries, ice cream, and many dining area and if you travel with kids they have petting zoo its decorated really nice many spots to take pictures and many stores near. Hotel is new Supervisor at front desk was way to nice.. rooms are ver spacious and prices are good for the room and area lovely place will recommend and will stay again also patio has heated outdoor pool they also have grills to bbq awesome place im very satisfied with our stay even though breakfast could be a little better like potatoes, sausage just a thought

Great stay while on a college tour for my eldest and my middle kiddo. Room was great. The gym facilities were great and the breakfast was also fantastic. We made sure to check out the cute food market next door but it was a little too late in the evening. Great stay and would come again!
