The cleanliness, the staff. I would not change anything . The property is great. No complaints.

Great location and overall pleasant experience

I requested top floor and not too close to the elevator, I was given a room faaaar away, the last one facing the freeway, by the trash containers ( nice view ) Early in the morning for two days I woke up early from the noise of containers being emptied by the trash truck!! It happens way to often in most hotels when making reservations with Expedia, no upgrades, and less than desired rooms locations. I rather see the parking fees added to the cost of the rooms and not isolated, It feels like penny pinching when the parking is huge and surrounded by open fields on three sides.

One of the most convenient locations..and some wonderful surprises with cafes, and great options for families with children.

Wish we had discovered this sooner. Stayed in several properties in SLO and this was so great.

It’s my 2nd time staying here. They did not disappoint.

Oh, and don't expect a room refresh every day because they only refresh every other day. I get not replacing towels every day, but at the price they charge per night, I expect a little service. Q: Why aren't these issues mentioned on their website? Clean facility, but this nickle and diming ruined the experience.

Hotel was very nice, very clean, looks brand new. Beautiful hotel with EV Charging, and nice shopping/food area right behind the hotel. The rooms have it all. Tv, Sink, Fridge, Microwave, dishwasher, stove, real dishes, etc. The seating area outside with fire pits were very nice as well. The staff was professional and courteous. Amazing overall stay. Prices were a bit high for EV Charging, costing more than some superchargers. I located a supercharger just a few miles away or less at .34/kWh, the destination chargers onsite were .50/kWh. Still beats gas prices ?. Snacks were double or more than you'd pay at a store. After buying a candy that I was never told what the price would be, it just showed up on my card and I was shocked! Finally just left the premises to get what I wanted/need.

Expedia did not honor the previous booking amount on day of my checkin. This caused. a mixup and I ended up paying more. Not cool and I do not appreciate this. Unacceptable

The hotel was overbooked an we ended up relocated for both nights of our stay at different hotels. It was an incredible inconvenience as we had friends we were supposed to be staying with. Ended up ending our trip a day early because we were tired of moving around.

I go to SLO often and I’ve stayed there several times. I’ve stayed at a number of different places

The property is pretty new so all the decors and facilities are stylish and up-to-date. Breakfast is fresh with lots of choices, however, we were there on a busy weekend so they ran out of ceramic plates and mugs and we had to use paper / plastic utensils. Overall a very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff.

Quiet; spacious; clean; easy parking
