• Newness of the hotel and generally convenient location • Layout/floorplan of room • Full kitchen, fully stocked, although I only used the refridge to chill water bottles • Surprisingly high rack rates due to supply/demand economics and full hotel • Did not like $15 parking fee per night for a suburban hotel with outdoor parking lot (not covered for secure) • Bathroom door and closet door conflicted with each other. Could not open both doors at the same time. • Included breakfast was marginal; eggs cold; pancakes cold and "stale"; very little variation day to day so tiresome on multiple-day stays

Good location. Rooms were very clean, friendly staff . The best part is that there are 5-6 restaurants attached to the property , just exit out of the pool area and you can reenter with your room key. Good Beer, food, and ice cream .

Breakfast was included, but not very good. Parking fee of $15/day, is frustrating.

We were in town for the C10 SLO Down. We absolutely loved this property. It was only about a 10 min drive from the Avila Beach Golf Course. Our suite was very clean and the staff were exceptional. Especially Kevin. He provided top tier service! Looking forward to staying here again next year. Breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options.

Our party had booked several rooms and each one of us asked about the parking charge. We were told several different reasons and eventually it got worked out. All in all, it was a good stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, and such.

The property is well maintained and the staff was quite helpful. It was a quiet, clean, comfortable room. I highly recommend staying here when in San Luis Obispo.

The location & the newness & the large rooms. There were restaurants & shops within walking distance. The pull out bed was lumpy. Not comfortable at all. The rooms should have had separate A/C controls.

They need more staff at this time as well to keep things stocked to accommodate your guest . We got there at 9 am and some things were out and not being restocked , which should be till 9:30 am .

Room had a large amount of space, was very clean and modern. Property walking distance from shopping center. Staff very accommodating for pet.

We had a studio king. The kitchen was adequately stocked with a full size refrigerator. The bathroom was quite nice and very clean. We would stay here again.
