The bar and bar staff were amazing! Super friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately the kitchen staff, serving breakfast were all very rude and very belittling. With the exception of one blonde woman. The other woman and the gentleman taking omelette orders were beyond rude, he did not want to take my order said he needed a number and shood me away. So unprofessional Friendliness from breakfast kitchen, and it is outdated, better bedding and better furniture needed.

Location and staff were great Shower/ bath was completely backed up. No tv remote. Prior guests partially eaten food was left in refrigerator!

Its clean Bathroom vanity too small, no room for you to put your belongings. Beds are uncomfortable, breakfast was ok i have stayed at other embassy suites and the breakfast has been better at other locations. This one didn’t have a fruit bar and no waffle maker.

Our room was spacious and oh so comfortable. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious. We did enjoy the pool. A $39.00 charge for an hour early check-in.

Easy to find, clean. Only one set of elevators, so we ran a maze of passageways to get to our room.

Nice property I would definitely stay again . Close to everything restaurants shops and fwy.

Lobby is very pretty, location very good For the price of $300 plus us dollars, they put us in a dark hallway room with a dank patio roof top, that literally felt like a should've paid $150 us dollars. Asked if they had toothpaste when we checked in, the front desk rep said yes but there was none.

Front staff was very nice and helpful. I have had the worst experience with booking.com. There was an addition charge of 20$ that was not disclosed when I asked booking.onto explain they wouldn’t help two different reps hung up on me instead of explaining the additional charge. Both had different reasons. Will never use booking.com after that experience. Booking.com CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!!! Never using this site again!
