My wife & I came to visit for her birthday and it was so much fun! The parking can be limited at certain times but not a huge deal. Overall, we had a great time 😊

It doesn’t seem to be as well maintained as it used to be. Almost no electrical outlets where they are needed in the room. The Inn has gone from quaint to outdated. WiFi didn’t work well. The steak house dinner was very disappointing. Won’t eat there again.

So OVERWHELMED by entering the room! We stayed in the Dez. Pictures didn’t do it justice! This was best friend birthday and we loved our meal at the steak house. The pink champagne cake is a must. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice for the celebration. We would come back again over and over!

Julia the hotel the receptionist. Very young person. Help us. Told her. My wife and I are seniors. I Didn't say too much. Anyway don't know this place. She booked us on 3rd floor room #180. My wife has trouble walking. We have our dining reservations for 5:30. All the inconvenience of the staff, the pick up on the golf cart waiting 35 minutes. Anyway we settled down, because we had a wonderful dinner for my 73rd birthday

Me and my best friend come here every single year. We love the copper Café. We love the steakhouse. We love the pool we love the garden and the stores. Unfortunately, the pool had some sort of construction going on so that was a bit of a eye sore and we weren’t able to swim early in the morning. The pool has a little bit of construction going on other than that. Everything was amazing. I think the one thing I would say though is we stayed at the pony room and it is a beautiful huge room however I think the room needs a nice carpet carpet cleaning it looks like there’s been stains from people may be partying a little too hard, which is fine, but it would be nicer to have a clean carpet.

Interesting, but not worth the money. It’s best days are past.

The toilet started leaking half way through the trip, there’s no microwave either so you’re basically screwed if you have any medical food restrictions and it took hours to get towels/trash bags. For almost a 3k trip it was not worth the stay. Also the rooms are pretty grungy and gross.

going to the Madonna inn was my anniversary gift along with may more me and my family went all together .and we just had the best time I would at a hotel .everyone on the staff were so encouraging and help full . that's just the beginning the hotel was so beautiful I chose the room called elegance and I was in love with the place right away .and my girls just loved it too.they loved everything too the dancing ,and the food it was outstanding . it was so nice to see a hotel that is so iconic and take so much pride in what they do I just felt so special for my anniversary .me and my husband loved the wood work there is so much to see .and the pool was great clean and heated . I definitely recommend having the prime rib it was excellent. big thick cuts of meat .and I especially loved when I ask the waiter to bring me some ice tea and it came with rock candy stick I just thought it was so clever and elegant. I definitely recommend this place .we had a special time forever with my family I will never forget .
