Clean. Close to gas station, restaurants and the college campus.

The staff was most friendly and accommodating, room was very comfortable. I just wished the jacuzzi was a little warmer, I could have mentioned something but I didn’t…. Overall a great experience.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. would have preferred more options for breakfast but it was ok. We were in town to watch my grandson play ball. Room was close to the games and a great price.

The staff was very kind and helpful every interaction we had. Parking was street side only over the weekend, no spaces available in their lots. I was a little surprised to see the "grab & go breakfast" consisted of a basket of oranges & apples and some coffee urns & tea bags. Our remote on our TV never worked (remote worked just never synced with theTV), the sink faucet leaked unless tightened extremely tight, and the shower head was not spraying out of all nozzles despite switching the settings. The view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. We did not use the pool or hot tub because when we decided to go, realized staff needed a 30 minute notice to turn the heaters on, so we decided to not use it.

Everything! The staff was incredible nice, at the check in we were informed we received a complimentary upgrade and that made our day after a long drive. The room was spacious, clean, with a view on the pool and the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed.

Like the facilities. The shower is great, water is strong. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. And the guest laundry helped a lot!

Easy check-in Spa activation system is difficult to operate. Instead of a conventional timer, they have a button that needs to be pushed "just right" in order to provide hot water/bubbles a few minutes later. No way to know if you've done it correctly until nothing happens, and then try all over again.

Room is very comfortable. they are Handicap (which I am) friendly. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. great location. Of course I would like for cost to be a bit lower. But compared to everything else in the area, cost is very competitive

There are plenty of restaurants around, but it is also a short walk to downtown SLO. There is a pool with a hot tub. The room included a blow dryer and iron/ironing board. The room definitely could have been cleaner upon our check-in. There was food left in the mini-fridge, and a spider in the top corner of the window. We also struggled to even get the window open.

Yelling kids, early, & slamming doors often was a big let down! No sleep due to others being rude & very disappointing too. WE all pay to stay there😡
