My room was near the front desk on the 1st floor. The AC unit in the room (111) was noisier than usual so we couldn't get to sleep. When we finally did sleep, we were awakened by loud yelling at 2:15 a m. Apparently there was a problem with another room?

In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the restroom and there was water all over the bathroom floor. I was going to call the staff, but the phone was unplugged and I couldn't plug it back in because the headboard of the bed was too close to the wall and I couldn't move the bed myself. I was told they would move me. Went to the new room, the view was a wall. I paid $250 a nite for this room. The night clerk told me (even though I hadn't requested compensation) that he couldn't give me any kind of remuneration as I had used a third party.....Expedia. Will not go back there again.

The staff were so nice. The room was clean, great mountain view, so peaceful and quiet. The free breakfast was the best with the coffee cart. A lot of parking spaces and so convenient. I did’t get a chance to use the pool and Jacuzzi because the weather for me was too cold but love that they have that and saw it was clean. Overall I would rate this almost perfect. It was also 1 mile away from Cal Poly for college move in.
