The room was cleaned but had an unpleasant smell as did the covers. We had cut our day short to make it back to the pool and they had closed the pool for cleaning. Wish they would had let us know ahead of time. The staff were super nice and welcoming.

Room was mostly clean, found remnants of a little bit of food but other than that very clean and nice. Looked like it was recently remodeled. Beds were very comfortable, slept extremely well. The TV Service is pretty amazing too, lots of good options and good sound quality. Walls are pretty thick and good soundproofing. Stuff was pretty nice and helpful. The free breakfast was really nice, more than just a normal continental breakfast with many options. And the pool and hot tub were great; very warm hot tub, enough for 6-7 people, and the pool was a lot larger than expected, also going up to 8 ft deep on one side. The Wi-Fi was pretty good and easy to connect to. The property is right next to a freeway, but to be honest we didn't hear it at all the entire duration of the stay. Parking was free and pretty easy.

Really nice hotel, convenient location close to Cal Poly and downtown. I was worried it was going to be noisy at night due to proximity to the freeway and our room being on that side, but with the balcony door closed, there was zero issues with the noise. Staff were super nice, clean pool, breakfast was pretty standard. I would stay there again! Pillows were a bit flat, could do with updating.

I liked all of the trees around the property. Gave it a cozy feel. The pool and hot tub were very close to our room. That's important to my husband. The breakfast room was two doors down. Also very important to my husband. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location! Near freeway and close to downtown The room had a smell upon entering and the ac didn’t get cold enough and the pressure was weak and the beds were not comfortable

Location Poor maintenance, hot stuffy entrance, poor bed, average breakfast and uncomfortable temperature down stairs. From previous reviews, expected much better.

We had a nice stay, the hotel was clean and quiet. I was surprised that parking and breakfast were included as many places charge so much these days, even if you parked outside. Location is not far from the charming downtown area.
