We really enjoyed our stay at the Peach Tree Inn! I especially loved the charming little deck just off the main dining area—it was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while my girls relaxed in the room and watched TV. They also offered a continental breakfast, which was simple and perfect for the girls. The inn had such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and was a lovely stop on our girls’ trip!

Noisy room, right next to the freeway. A little run down. Room alternated between being hot and cold during the night. Good value, but overall not great.
-
Really nice place - a bit dated, but it has everything you need.

What a quaint inn. The room was VERY clean. Our stay was for only one night, but, we enjoyed the property. If I needed to stay in San Luis Obispo again, I would definitely stay here.

Very nice property- we will be back

The Peach Tree was cute and clean. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend upgrading to the buildings away from the main road. Shower pressure could be improved but we had a great stay.

A pleasant place to stay. The breakfast could use improvement.

We stayed here several years ago with our daughter and it brought back fond memories. The property is beautiful and convenient to SLO events. So comfortable.

My stay at this place was terrible but I want to be fair that it is partially due to my choice of room. I've chosen the cheapest double room because it was just an overnight stay. This room type plus maybe one or two higher grade rooms (something like 101-118) are next to a busy street facing a gas station. I was given a room at the end with one window facing the street, the other facing the gas station. I expressed concern about the traffic noise but the staff member at check in said "the end rooms were the only rooms left for the price you chose". I still believe him. But I wish he had offered me option to upgrade to a quiet room. I would have been okay with paying a little extra. I am Asian and I have a sense that there had been some profiling from this particular gentleman. The room was not clean and maintained poorly. The light blind was falling apart which allow the gas station's bright flush light come in. The windows and walls are not sound proof at all. I ended up not sleep much at all that night. In addition, the front desk closed at 10pm and I could not find someone to help me switch room after that. At that time, I would have been willing to pay an arm and leg to be able to sleep in a quiet and darker room. This was a small trip so I did not pay much attention when picking this hotel. Maybe everything is as advertised or "I get what I paid for". I'm not being nasty toward them. But I want to leave this review so that you don't repeat my experience.

We stayed there for an overnight. All the staff we interacted with was polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only thing we wished was better water pressure in the shower.
-
Ask for quiet room. Ended with room close to road. I was not offered to change room.

Older motel with a lot of charm. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was a little firm.
-
It's an older property, not updated, but well kept and met our needs.

Location great! View of hills in common areas. Including out door chairs. Very stylish furnishings. Very good cable selection. Engaging art, showing sophistication. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal; although cut fruit was a nice touch. Only hot option was instant oat meal. The setting for breakfast very nice, though.

- [ ] Car parking is right in front of door - [ ] Room was clean except for a few questionable stains on sheets but not a hair in sight - [ ] Front desk staff was nice - [ ] Breakfast included - [ ] Comes with some toiletries - [ ] Cold AC - [ ] Cold Mini fridge - [ ] Comfy bed - [ ] Iron, hangers etc - [ ] Questionable stains on bed - [ ] Extremely out of date furniture - [ ] Not sure if going for “rustic” vibes but the furniture is all scuffed up - [ ] Tv doesn’t work and delays a ton - [ ] Some dust on bed frame etc - [ ] Just overall weird decor in the room - [ ] Could use better curtains in the front windows and maybe a little curtain in the bathroom so light doesn’t hit you in the morning

This looks like a movie motel where you wanna stay for a quick stop or to hide from your wife. There is no soundproof, we were able to hear the people near us on both rooms ( they were just discussing normal voice but you can hear everything and when you wanna sleep it's not a good thing). There were a lot of noises from the pipes, not smooth noises but intense ones...probably from the boiling machine or something. The breakfast was poor with few choices.

I would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and very clean! Maybe a few more choices for breakfast. We will stay again!
