We stayed in room 229 and it was extremely hot even when we put the air on 60. There was also mold on the shower curtain, and some hair in the bathtub.

Great property, staff and location. Not to be an absolute Karen- but I do wish there was a required dress attire when coming down for breakfast/meals. There were women who came down in house shoes, robes and see through nightgowns, where families are eating. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and gone on a lot of trips and never seen people actually come down half dressed to eat at a table. The property was great though.

Not impressed with this hotel. Pool was closed for treatment. Room had stains on carpet, shampoo was empty, only 2 bath towels were in stock. WIFI was not free unless we were Hilton members...Priced too high for what we got.

The staff was really friendly and professional and helpful. Bad super comfortable really nice lines and nice dark, blackout curtains! Had a wonderful day and will recommend to others. Plus a very convenient location. Even though it’s close to the freeway, the room was very quiet.

Check in was fine and room was clean enough. The hotel looked nice when we walked in. We only stayed one night after a long day of baseball and really wanted to enjoy the pool, but it was green. Staff said it had been green for 3 days and someone might be out tomorrow. We were really disappointed. Went to take a shower after being in the Texas summer heat all day and the shampoo was empty. We tried to watch a movie on the tv and the guide wasn’t working. The pillows were uncomfortable too. AC was just ok. Hot and cold all night long. Not the best experience for such a nice hotel, so our stay was just ok.

There was a power outage in San Marcos which delayed our check in. When we finally got checked in we had to move rooms from an upper floor to a lower floor because the elevators were not working. I was quite surprised that the hotel did not have a back up generator. The new room we were in there was body hair throughout the restroom and a potato chip underneath the bed. Luckily this was a one night stay for us.

So clean, very well kept and seems to be very new.

WiFi is not included in your stay. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t give access to it. We were on the third floor and the elevators were not working and they seriously need to upgrade their pillows. But, the staff was friendly and everything was clean.
