This is a case where the pictures do not reflect an accurate representation of the actual and current property. Pictures must be from years ago because the actual property is poorly maintained. I had a fridge with missing shelves, hanging or missing cabinet doors , a stove missing the on/off knobs and a cracked broken stove top, no waste paper basket in the room nor bathroom. Where am I suppose to throw the trash? Hold on to it? The towels were dingy and thin. Tenants were screaming and you could hear through the thin walls. It was not safe and we did not stay. You could not check in before 3:00. It was 2:45 pm. Rooms were not ready. Do not stay here. You will question your safety.

We had a horrible hotel we booked that we had to step away from bc of cleanliness. We came here and although the hotel was very nice! The service that Friday evening could have been a little more helpful. We booked a new room but since it was past midnight they would not let us check in till 3 pm next day. Even after they knew most rooms in area were booked. They wanted to charge 179 for 8 hours!!! We declined and got a cheaper place night before then Saturday to check in we got there about 20 minutes before three and they refused to check us in. Very rude I thought. Although the lady working Sunday night wa way nice and accommodating , the man working Friday and Saturday not so much!’ We won’t be back.

Location Property wasn’t clean. The room was poorly cleaned. Found stains on the wall. Shower and toilet had gunk. Front desk employee wasn’t welcoming.

The property is just worn and dirty!! Room, hallways, elevator and common area. Room had no TP, phone was not connected, toilet and bath were dirty and curtains were broken. Elevator smelled like ass and trash up and down the hallways. Side door access door broke so not secure. Staff weren’t even friendly taking my money for this dump. Overall just gross!!

Nothing Nothing

This place is a dump. Dirty and poorly maintained. When I first got in the room I took my shoes off and walked into the bathroom. When I took my socks off to take a shower, the bottoms were covered with dust and hair. It was disgusting. The shower hot-cold valve was plumbed backwards; instead of repairing, they turned the cover trim upside down and wrote H & C on the trim piece with a felt-tipped marker. The tub was old and the gel-coat finish on the bottom of the tub was worn through. The lock on the exit at end of the building opposite the main lobby exit was broken off, and I was not able to open the door from the inside to get out. I took a few photos to show my wife. Needless to say, I'll be staying somewhere else on my next trip to San Marcos.

There was only one washcloth in the room. When we returned and wanted to get another one, there was no one at the front desk; however, there was a notice to call for a number for assistance. I called that number a few times and each time I got voice mail, but the mailbox was full. Another patron also tried calling and also got the voice mail. Overall, the price was great for the hotel. The shower (bathtub) was especially slippery.

The towels were dirty with stains.

The pictures of the room looked completely different from when we go in. Our room smelled like mist and wet mildew. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The towels smelled like mildew as well and tub was not cleaned.

I had to stay there because all the hotels were booked. The room smelled like urine I even bought a cleaner and the smell didn’t go away, the kitchenette was broken, there were no comforters and only one towel. I do not recommend this hotel
