We loved the place! Very clean, the staff was amazing! My family and I will be staying again in the future!

Had a confirmed reservation just to go and and wait about 20 minutes for front desk to show up lobby was chaos with people front desk comes back and tells me my reservation was canceled as I had a confirmed reservation on the app got givin excuses the whole time trying to make me seem in the wrong never recived anything reaching out to me that they canceled my stay was already late and was just trying to get to my room for the hastle it took for her to give me a room i probably would of got a room quicker across the street very disappointed have never had an experience like this before at any of my stays

The hotel was a pleasant place to stay overall, and the staff were great—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the property could benefit from some maintenance. There were cracks in the ceilings, and the washroom is in need of renovation.

There was a very wonderful women working the front desk. Very informative and accommodating to our needs. Very clean and friendly. Rooms very spacious, clean and modern. Wonderful breakfast buffet as well. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late.

Went back to desk, told them the room was occupied. They gave us another room. Wen to that room, I checked the beds like we always do....and let's just say, one bed had someone's DNA all over the sheets. They did come strip the bed and remade it. Mattress was very firm...like sleeping on a cliff in Red River Gorge kinda hard. I expected ALOT more for $300/night. Pool was dirty. The security doors didn't seem to work even though it appears once upon a time you had to be a guest to enter doors other than the front. Not a great value for what we paid.

This is an older facility, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. What makes this a good value is that the staff are just wonderful - kind, caring, outgoing. Good customer service does make a positive difference!

The location was good and lobby area seemed nice enough. Enjoyed the breakfast and slept well. The parking lot was not very well lit which concerned me. We were given a room with an adjoining door which we couldn’t tell if it locked properly and that made us nervous. Overall the hotel was comfortable and served its purpose but no frills. The gym had minimal equipment and no weights, just ok.

Nice clean affordable hotel!

Very clean, even the children commented on the cleanliness. Staff sent text to make sure we had everything we needed.

The great Breakfast included cereal, yummy eggs & sausage, waffles, danishes, muffins and bagels. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay there again any time. Staff told us that the Hampton Inn next door has the same owner and an even more amazing breakfast so I'm sure it would be a good choice as well.

Melanie was the staff that was at the hotel when I arrived. She was very helpful and even sent a text to make sure the room was satisfactory!

Hotel seemed a little run down but the room was nice and clean! The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was super nice!!
