-
No air conditioning
-
It is a great location. It is run down. Not worth the price.
-
Next to beach No air conditioning, lack of parking
-
Breakfast is not available in this property
-
No AC!
-
Not much Very hot with No ac, no in-room coffee, the place hadn't been remodeled in probably 35 years outdated not enough Outlets, the shower wand did not work
-
The rooms look dated, and there is no air conditioning. There were three floor fans in the room; they ran all day but were ineffective—they just made a lot of noise. There was no microwave or coffee maker, and nowhere in the hotel to buy coffee. The pool looked old, and there was a lot of sand on the bottom. I also didn't see a hair dryer—these are basic, inexpensive amenities for convenience. We stayed at this hotel for one night because the price was lower than at other oceanfront hotels. I wouldn't come back here.

Price was not as per the online

Location was great. Clean staff kind. A true motel. No coffee maker, no air conditioner just ratty box fan. Doors and windows could be easily broken into. Dated curtains sheets and towels. No microwave. Peeling wallpaper from 1972sears catalog. Lumpy bed That's that were broken were patched roughly. I didn't feel safe as a solo woman traveling --slept w a chair in ftont of my door
-
Couldn’t figure out how to work the AC so it was a bit hot
-
Hot day and hot night, could have used some air conditioning
-
Staff was so friendly and helpful! Location couldn't be beat! We were able to cross the street to go to the beach. Walking to State Street was only 30 minutes. Area was beautiful and felt safe. Rooms need updating. Carpets need to be cleaned. When we plugged in one of the fans, so much dust blew out of it and onto the bed.
-
Old rooms, with water dmage and mold
-
Still blaming Covid on lack of continental breakfast. No coffee in am.
-
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. But we were at the beach in SB, so that was nice. Considering the location/area, it was a great value. Small Room, noisy fan kept us awake. Not much room for a long stay, as it it really small. No coffee or food for breakfast. And parking is really-really tight.
-
It was on across the street from the beach. Parking on the premises was free. We had a semi private patio. It was a little dated. The walls are thin and we could hear the amorous noises from next door very clearly.
-
No Ac . Only fan tat dont kool. I paid $865 each for 2 Rooms . It was so dammn hot . We checked out next day
-
Location, pool, value. Air conditioning would have been nice but the fans were adequate.
