The only thing this property has going for it is the location. Everything but the location.

I suppose the location is good Dirty old stained carpets, TV that has a 4 step process on the remote to activate, no WiFi provided, timer in the bathroom light, no AC and 3 fans provided in the room (2 very dusty and dirty) and a stained Cuck chair

Location Deceiving.. It does not face the beach where their sign is. Nor what its shows on Booking.com Pool was cold Rusty luggage rack in room, rusty luggage cart, Dirty fans in room with no a/c, TV cut in and out because wiring was fragile Just DIRTY and NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The location was perfect : very close to the beach and within walking distance of many attractions. Nothing major. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Santa Barbara is my hometown. So the rustic nature is part of the charm. I liked the bed, having a balcony! And the place was well maintained. Grounds were well kept! The room cleaning was excellent. The building is a bit on the old side. Maybe a remodel? Air conditioning was a fan. That was unusual. But it worked.

It was across the street from the beach. It was hot! No air conditioning, the floors needed replaced. It was disappointing that this property was the most expensive one of all we stayed in last week while traveling north on the coast. I didn’t feel like my daughter and I were safe.

The location couldn't be much better! Stunning views from most of the property and within walking distance to beach etc. The rooms were SO incredibly old and outdated. They really could do some minor changes with decor and cleaning up old and broken chairs around the property. My friend's couch cushion had a huge hole in it...They could probably pick up a decent looking one at a garage sale as opposed to leaving it that way.

The location was ideal! We loved how comfortable it was and the view is amazing
