Nice location and pool at Monte Mar was great TV streaming did not work, no real coffee, only one robe in room, even though reported all to front desk and TV never was fixed. One FD staff said they had been having trouble “ever since the thunderstorms a few days ago ago” yet was not offered any compensation even after emailing the property directly

Nice sister property! Close to the beach and a great pool and hot tub!

I had an exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with everything! The location is perfect, with the beach right in front of the hotel, and they conveniently offer free bike rentals. The courtyard is a very relaxing space, and the rooms were great.

Superb

The staff was nice and the lobby was cool but the hotel was run down. The pictures did not represent the room well. The sheets felt dirty and the was not comfortable with the room and left as soon as possible. My room balcony door also did not close or lock so slept with the door open which I didn’t like.

Property was clean. The room was as beautiful we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk was also very helpful and nice to us. We really felt taken care of thank you! ❤️

Private beach mentioned in booking- hotel doesn’t have. I was not aware of resort fees while booking. Microwave was mentioned but was not there.

My room was nice and cool when I walked in. I loved that I was able to use the amenities of the resort. I’ll definitely be booking Palmoro House again in the future.

We had a room with the great view of the ocean. The place was very clean super cozy at night.The staff are very helpful. I had a wonderful experience and next time I visit Santa Barbara I plan to stay there.

The location was great.

The 4pm checkiin and even by then our room wasn't ready. Liked the location but due to traffic and construction noise could not use the balcony or open the sliding door.

The room was OK. The fact that it was so far away from the main hotel is something that should be made very clear before you offer. It was 2 blocks away from the main hotel that had all the resort amenities they charged you for. Amd if you wanted to enjoy the pool or the restaurant you had to call the front desk and request a golf cart to come get you!

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay here! This hotel is perfect quiet boutique stay, that felt nice without being too expensive. Staff was so helpful and rooms were lovely and clean! We definitely want to stay here again when we are back

This hotel is decent, the rooms are really small but the bed is comfortable. The only thing was the parking lot was very tight and a little tricky to fit an suv when there was lots of cars parked.
