Palmoro House

It’s cool annex spot w access to all amenities in main hotel. Would recommend

Very good

Check in. The staff did not see my confirmed reservation. I was told to ensure it was not a scam that I would have to put up a deposit. It was eventually cleared

No towel rack, the room was not cleaned on 2nd day.

Nice location and pool at Monte Mar was great TV streaming did not work, no real coffee, only one robe in room, even though reported all to front desk and TV never was fixed. One FD staff said they had been having trouble “ever since the thunderstorms a few days ago ago” yet was not offered any compensation even after emailing the property directly

Nice sister property! Close to the beach and a great pool and hot tub!

I had an exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with everything! The location is perfect, with the beach right in front of the hotel, and they conveniently offer free bike rentals. The courtyard is a very relaxing space, and the rooms were great.

Superb

The staff was nice and the lobby was cool but the hotel was run down. The pictures did not represent the room well. The sheets felt dirty and the was not comfortable with the room and left as soon as possible. My room balcony door also did not close or lock so slept with the door open which I didn’t like.

Property was clean. The room was as beautiful we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk was also very helpful and nice to us. We really felt taken care of thank you! ❤️

Excellent location and enjoyed the amenities the property provides. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Private beach mentioned in booking- hotel doesn’t have. I was not aware of resort fees while booking. Microwave was mentioned but was not there.

My room was nice and cool when I walked in. I loved that I was able to use the amenities of the resort. I’ll definitely be booking Palmoro House again in the future.

Bedsheets, blankets and towels had stains

Beautiful place to stay at

We had a room with the great view of the ocean. The place was very clean super cozy at night. The staff are very helpful. I had a wonderful experience and next time I visit Santa Barbara I plan to stay there.

The location was great.

The 4pm checkiin and even by then our room wasn't ready. Liked the location but due to traffic and construction noise could not use the balcony or open the sliding door.

Superb
