very bad experience

The staff were great and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and came with toiletries. However, the property should clearly state in its listing that it does not have air conditioning so that guests are aware before booking and can decide if the accommodation meets their needs, especially during warmer weather.
-
My employee stayed there and the bed sheets were dirty. Called front desk to change the sheets and no one came. Called again and they brought extra towels to lay on. The rooms have no air conditioning.i will never book this property again.

Close to beach and freeway access. Walls are incredibly thin. We would hear everything…no AC so rooms got a bit stuffy.
-
It was ok It wasn’t clean the side lamp wouldn’t turn on the bathroom light was blinking like it was going to short out the bathroom fan was really loud

Clean room, great location, great value
-
The location is nice There were pieces of m and m candy on the floor next to the bed. We didn't have a shower curtain. Some of the pillow cases were dirty.
-
Nice Inn very clean room, nice staff very friendly!! Definitely would recommend..
-
Location is very good The floor is as dirty as NY asphalt

Plumbing issues with the room (leaking shower head, faucet that sprayed). Some doors either didn't shut or were hard to deadbolt at night. Limited breakfast options. Parking in their safer lot was $15 per night vs. free if you could even find a place on the street. However, it was walking distance to the beach and easy to drive to the Wharfs.

Rooms were cute! Big shower and the staff was very nice. Location was perfect.

This is a cute little place to stay near the beach! Parking was $15, and they don’t try to price gouge you for drinks in the lobby. The staff were amazing! The rooms have no AC, but with the fan provided and the ceiling fan, it wasn’t an issue in June. There were some missing tiles in the bathroom, which was kind of gross. The pool hours are a bit short so we never got to use it. The place was mostly quiet and the location is perfect. I would stay here again.

I'm not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. This place seems like it was updated years ago and hasn't been touched since. Stained shower walls, broken tiles, broken window screens, stained towels, and marked up walls tell me this place has been ignored for a long time. I'm not super picky when it comes to hotel/motels, but this was not worth what I paid. If you're thinking of staying here, just pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

It was right off the beach and the room was very spacious! Bed was decently comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Also had a mini fridge. No AC but fans were provided but we didn’t end up needing them since it was pretty cool. Overall a good stay for a decent price. The room could’ve used better lighting, it was a bit dim even with all the lights on at night. But maybe the overhead light bulb needed replacing.

While the room itself was clean, the rest of the property is quite literally falling apart. The floors were completely warped and sinking, making it feel like you could crash through to the lower level at any moment. Aside from a decent lobby, the entire place looks dilapidated. The bathroom features a louvre door for the shower and toilet, offering absolutely zero privacy. Even the kitchen stove, though clean, was ancient and deeply stained. This place is the definition of putting lipstick on a pig. I will never stay here again. The location was good.

Hi
-
great beach ambience, staff helpful, room was cute
-
I didn't like: The parking charge. The Fifty bucks deposit. The handle in shower.
-
The property is in a great location and the outdoor pool area is great. The room had some considerable wear and tear. On a closer look, it didn’t seem to be totally clean. There was also no fitted sheet on the bed, only a top sheet.
