A superb property in Santa Barbara.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The property is nicely located across the street from the beach and is walking distance to State Street that includes restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were friendly but not always at the desk for checking in or for general questions that we encountered on several occasions. The first floor room that we had was located next to the conference rooms, of which during our stay, were used for two weddings and would be challenging for guests who may prefer some peace and quiet.

A very clean hotel. The location is excellent. It’s across from the beach and not too far from the downtown area. The check in and out was very smooth. I highly recommend if you want a clean peaceful place and to relax at the same time.

The room was spacious, the ocean views were gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the heated pool and relaxing by the lobby fire pit in the evenings. The on-site restaurant, Convivio, was excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. A special thank you to Courtney at Convivio. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Her genuine kindness and outstanding customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The rates were a bit on the higher side, especially over a holiday weekend, but that was expected. In the end, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and overall experience made it feel worth the cost. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Santa Barbara Inn to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location and atmosphere. We could see the ocean from our room and the facility was more modern than we expected. The location is also very central. Food was great too for breakfast.

Our room… so good. Great king size bed, wonderful furnishings, superb bathroom. Plus views over the beach and ocean from a lovely balcony. Food from the restaurant … excellent. Do not hesitate just book it for the service you could desire

We had such a great stay at the SBI. The property is beautiful, our room was a great size and very very nice, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more for your stay in Santa Barbara.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We didn't pay for an ocean view, but still received a wonderful view of the mountains and Santa Barbara neighborhood. Room was clean, decorated well and we appreciated the complimentary waters after a long drive. We did not use the valet parking, and we were able to find street parking behind the hotel each day. We liked the location of the hotel, right on the beach and not too far from downtown.

Eric in restaurant great service. Hotel great location and staff friendly. Beware of the tar on the beach, never experienced that before. Can't go wrong with this hotel.
