Only one issue, they were making repair next to my room. Very noisy at times. Great location, walk to the beach. The room was clean and in good condition.
-
Great room, comfortable beds, helpful staff

Make sure to read (they do inform you of this-but as it is an oddity you may miss it) the Lobby Hours- it is not a 24h lobby.

Wonderfully kid friendly and a minute from the beach. The room was more than we expected and very clean. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Well located

Lovely room. Nice pool. Very simple elegance.

The space was clean, however we had issues with the Internet and then walls and floor

The staff was nice and helpful, parking was good and I was happy there was an air conditioning unit in the room. My negative ratings have to do with the appearance of the hotel. Doors had paint missing at bottom and the rooms seemed dated. It appeared a lot nicer in the pictures.

The power in the room went out as soon as I turned on my blow dryer. They had to flip the circuit breaker to get the power to go back on. The staff at the time was like what do you want me to do about it. Like they couldn’t do anything. There was no Wi-Fi most of the time because apparently their Wi-Fi didn’t have good connection in that area. Rooms are very small, one tiny mirror and the smallest bathroom. We stayed there three nights and every night and early morning. All we heard was upstairs walking back-and-forth or stomping really hard. We were right next to the ice machine and we heard everybody walk through the aisle and get ice. The walls are super thin. You can hear everything.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We only used the fridge but our room included a full kitchen. This place is a hidden gem!

Great time with the teens. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The deck was shared, and not really part of the room.. The TV was unusually small for any hotel that I have ever stayed in. The air was off when we entered the room.. It was 90+ degrees that day.. The room was way uncomfortably hot. No way to order in room service.. I was just very surprised at these things with the cost of this room.. It was nice looking.. but very underwhelming and definitely nothing to write home about. 20mins before we were told to check out, they called the room several times, and we were only able to locate the phone after the missed calls.. it was under one of the nightstands.. also really odd.. There was also a woman who bent over in order to peek into the window, I'm assuming to see if we were still in the room nearing checkout time. Just weird..

A great little beach getaway! The king deck room was great. Very convenient location.

This hotel was just a scam. Paying so much money for a dirty room and loud upstarts neighbors constantly stomping back and forth and there dog barking, keeping me and my partner awake all night. I made complaints to management and they stated they would deal with the problem but nothing was resolved. I checked in Friday and checked out Sunday and I did not sleep for two nights straight due to my upstairs neighbors. The room was dirty as in nothing was dusted and dirty linen. The parking was first come-first served and again for paying a ridiculous amount of money I found it ridiculous how I had to park in the street far from the hotel. Lastly, when I checked in I informed the manager I wanted a late check out which was at Noon Sunday. On Sunday morning around 10AM housekeepers were knocking and trying to enter our room to “clean” for the new guests. I informed them more than once I asked for a late check out and they still continued to come back and try to enter my room without my permission. This place was just ridiculous and for the amount I paid for was a rip off. Ridiculous, do not stay here.

Overall we had a good experience. Check in was easy and there was a good amount of parking - there were even EV charging stations. Property clean all around and grounds seem kept up. Vending machines available; 1 for snacks and 1 for drinks. First time we went to get a drink from vending machine we had a successful transaction but the 2nd and 3rd time (different days) the screen said it wasn’t able to connect at that time. I finally went up to front desk to let them know and ask if they had water bottles available, front desk was helpful and gave me 2 waters. My only complaint which is a really big deal to us is that the bed wasn’t comfortable. My husband and I tossed and turned both nights and woke up with neck and back aches. Very soft bed and pillows. The light in our closet didn’t work and the light above mirror in bedroom would randomly flicker like we were at a rave, so we just didn’t turn it on. If the bed situation were different, we would definitely be back. We loved how accessible this location is to beach, State street and Bettina.

This hotel is just a 2 minute walk from East Beach! It is close to the freeway and some great food spots! The tacos and batting cages down the street are a must! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and spacious enough. It can be a bit noisy in the downstairs rooms; I could hear the noise from the people on the room above me, but nothing too annoyingly loud. There is plenty of free parking on the property. It has both covered and uncovered parking available behind the hotel. I will definitely stay here again!
