Close to beach. Sparse parking.

Small but clean room. The bathroom showed a little age and wear, but nothing major. Easy walk to the beach, and the pool was nice. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!

I liked that it was a 3 minute walk to east beach

We were disappointed there was no elevator, but the staff helped us carry our suitcases upstairs so it worked out okay. They were very friendly and very helpful! We only ate breakfast one day because we had brought pastries but it was really good the day we got it! I'm saving notes to come back here again. Lack of an elevator. I have a new knee and sometimes stairs are hard to do. They did carry our luggage for us, and my knee cooperated, so it wotked out okay.

Shower space is very small

Everything was super good about my stay .. except figuring out the TV was a little confusing.

Was not happy with the shower knob hard to control hot and cold the TV was 20 inch screen the room had an outdated telephone

Only one issue, they were making repair next to my room. Very noisy at times. Great location, walk to the beach. The room was clean and in good condition.

There was some confusion with our booking, and the hotel tried to check us out earlier than scheduled, which caused unnecessary stress. Later, when we tried to get back into our room, our key cards no longer worked, so we had to go back to reception — only to find that nobody was there to help us.

Great location. It's an easy stroll to the he beach. Thoughtful updates to the room, without ruining the mid century modern charm of the motel. We enjoyed the heated pool in the morning for an early swim before departing. Found out that the East Beach has a problem with tar. Got it stuck on our feet. The hotel staff provided us with baby oil and Dawn equivalent dish soap which helped us to scrub the tar off our feet. So not really a negative about the motel, just a negative experience with tar. Who knew?! The staff went above and beyond to help us remedy the sticky situation.
