Pacific Crest Hotel Santa Barbara

Location, Location was amazing only 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean area. Room was clean and loved the little kitchen in a separate room. Friendly staff and loved the little breakfast basket and coffee!

The room is clean. The pool is fun and the location is excellent. Also, the staff was very helpful letting me check in at 1pm. :)

The room was clean. There were a noise outside that came into our room and we could not find out where it came from. It stopped and we could have a peaceful night.

Small room, very few amenities

The only thing I would’ve complained about is I paid for an extended late checkout, and then was not accommodated to that

The hotel was in a nice area, very clean. Staff was great. I was disappointed that my booking said 1 king and 1 queen bed but I got two queen beds instead. That bed space would have helped. Also not a big fan of having to park in the street as hotel parking was small.

The room and linens were clean. There is a quiet policy in place starting at 9pm which is nice. In the room we were in, I personally would like to have smaller furniture, the furniture seemed too big for the space making it more compact than it needed to be. I would also recommend a sheer curtin behind the black out so that you can open the curtains to let in natural light wirhout feeling like a peep show. However, it's a great proximity to the beach and the hotel offers loner towels to the beach if needed.

Plentiful parking in the lots around the hotel. Walking distance to east beach. Breakfast basket included with muffins, yogurt, orange juice. Rooms are renovated and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t get to use the pool during my short stay.

Could not see the beach from my room on the 1st for.Dont know about upstairs.

Location good. This is not a full service hotel. No storage in the room. TV kept having problems.
