Walking distance to great night life and beach

The property location is fantastic, close to State Street. It was clean and quiet. The hotel has a parking lot right next to it, making it very convenient. ($15/overnight for parking) The room was clean and renovated. The shower could have used a light. Overall, great experience.

This boutique Motel is a block away from State Street. The grounds were very nicely decorated with plenty of seats available. There is no swimming pool here as it looks like they might have converted that into a sand area. The Motel was converted back in 2018 and has a nautical theme. The hotel is pricey for what you are paying for without the premium aspect of it. The Hostkey app did not work to retrieve my key. Had to check in to the front desk and get a physical key for our room. Parking is $15 a night and is right outside the property and is a public parking lot. The staff here are nice, but definitely over priced for what you get. Plus, the AC in our room did not work and there were only 2 bath towels in the room, even though I indicated that there were 3 people. There's no door on the shower, so the floor will get wet. I don't like that the toilet is right next to the shower because if someone just took a shower, the floor will be wet in that area. If pricing was lower, I wouldn't mind staying here again, but not at $500 for a Saturday night.

Clean rooms easy access to stores

Parking was just beside the property and it's for $15 per day. The staff was very friendly but we hardly needed anything, I just wished they provided some water for the coffee maker. The ambience outside the rooms is great, there are sitting areas with hammocks chess area and table tennis, there are bikes you can rent, best of all it is just walking distance to State Road where shops abound.

Great place! Modern and clean. Perfect location.

Room was very clean. Easy check in and out.

This is a hotel with character. Imagine that. Can’t beat it and I don’t mean in the cliche’ way. Was thinking how much I feel I’m in my beloved Puerto Vallarta and just found out that PV is SB’s sister city.

Property was super clean. Very close to shopping and water.

We LOVE this place - wish we could live here!
-
Cool courtyard but the rooms are noisy.
-
The outdoor spaces set up to enjoy at the hotel are a great feature! Fire pits and multiple hang out spots. Pet friendly with a fenced area for play and potty breaks. Staff were helpful. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. There was some nightlife noise on the weekend but the provided ear plugs made a difference.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants

The hotel is in a great location and the courtyard is great with fire pits, comfortable seating and games. The hotel itself is really just an old Motel. It would be great if there was seating inside the room, other than bed. Also coffee in the room would be nice based on the price. I suppose if “no plastic straws and biodegradable stir sticks” are listed as amenities, you can’t expect a lot.

A tired old motel. A $100 value for $400 price.
-
The rooms are small but clean and has everything you may need including a microwave which is a plus, a lot of hotels no longer have them in the rooms. Lots of games on the premises also they have bikes you can use first 2 hours are free after that theres a charge. Parking lot is right next to the hotel charge $15 a night. We will definitely return.
