The pipes in bathroom had a horrible odor. The bathroom plugs did not work. The staff were busy talking to each other. No pen in room. The only staff member nice was the valet, Tesla. (sp?)

Very nice and clean hotel.

The staff was very kind, but could not resolve a slow drain issue in our shower. 1st night called and they said maintenance was gone for the night. I was offered a plunger. The next day we asked if the drain could please be unplugged while we were out. Shower was still backing up when we returned. Room was beautiful, roomy with very comfy beds. Hotel is located in a perfect spot with walkable options for shopping eating and close to the pier. Rooms that face the street, bring ear plugs if you're an early to bed person as there is a bar across the street.

The location was great and the room clean and comfortable. The parking fee was not included and it is higher than other local options which we used instead. Also breakfast not included so again we used other local options. So the hotel is fine, clean and comfortable and in a good location which served us well but the hotel could be much much more.

The room was nice The foyer is well photographed but not very nice in real life. The lift is very old and generally everything was a bit run down

Rooms are very small , also there is alot of noise from cross street bar till midnight .

Room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-lit. Staff was helpful and friendly. And the location is unbeatable: right by State Street and the Funk Zone but still peaceful, and close to the Santa Barbara Bowl! We would definitely stay again.

Valet parking was convenient but expensive. Rooms were great and had good temperature control. Very clean and stylish hotel. Pricey valet per night. Wished it was at least for 2 nights
