The wifi was shaky where we were, so beware back of the building. Also toward the back, the garbage truck went by very early and was loud, sure to wake you up. The rooms were very small, ok if you are ok with Japanese size. The staff was great. Keep in in mind there is no restaurant/bar. The location is excellent.

This hotel is cute, location is excellent. The rooms are small but it’s an old building. They don’t have an elevator, but the staff was more than willing to assist with bringing my luggage up the stairs. Clean rooms and quiet. I’d stay here again.

The rooms are very small but the hotel was very nice. It was close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

The location was perfect, nice and easy walk to the beachfront and local cafes, the staff we friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We had the very best stay here! We will definitely be going back! The staff was so kind and helpful.

Room was TINY, the bathroom set up was strange with water spraying out into the toilet. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside and inside all night.

The space was extremely well located and very convenient. The rooms are so small, it was difficult to fit two full sized suitcases in without knocking them over when you tried to move around. Everything was walkable and the hotel had a lot to offer

We enjoyed our stay here! Definitely in such a great location to be close enough to stearns wharf and be on state street. However, we did choose to upgrade our room to one with a patio, and one of the patio cushions were quite dirty that neither of us wanted to sit on it. Also there was a water refill station but unfortunately it was not working. Also, the walls are kinda thin so you can definitely hear outside noise quite well. But overall, i would still book this place again for location! They had free beach towels you could use and bring back, and the staff were very accommodating

The room was quite small and the TV timed out frequently. Housekeeping completely forgot about our room.
