Nice staff, great location. Rooms where super small and very outdated. Not worth the almost $800 / night after fees and parking. Try Hotel Santa Barbara for similar pricing and much nicer rooms.

The receptionist Tristan was calm a collect as we had a small issue with one of the rooms and he didn’t hesitate to adjust and comp us accordingly We go to this beautiful hotel every year for the 4th of July and it has nothing short then a special place for us. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back next year

A delightful place with kind and helpful staff—an oasis of calm, and centrally located!

The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is very nice. The room could be a little larger and my room also was beside the balcony so there was a lot of noise

Location is the best. Right across the street from Stearns Wharf. You can walk everywhere, States St for dining , shopping, and downtown area , Funk Zone Cons: we got the room with 2 double beds because that was all that was left. It says sleeps 4 but it was so tiny it really should’ve slept 2 only. So tiny. The shower was poorly designed. It’s a walk in standing shower, extremely poor drainage. Every time we showered no matter how careful we tried water covered the whole bathroom floor. Such a wet mess. The decorative pillow had a gross looking booger on it. We put that on the floor. The sheets were ripped. I took pics of both. The guy who checked us in was not welcoming at all. We had a lot of luggage because we were on a 10 day roadtrip. We were staying on the second floor. He saw all our luggage and said nothing. We were trying to figure out with 2 kids and a dog how we were going to get everything up there. Then one staff member, Alex was the only one who offered help and showed us that they have an elevator for luggage. He was so kind, smiling, super helpful but unfortunately the only one

The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos and are quite tight. It’s the smallest shower I’ve ever been in. No real problems, it was clean and efficient, just small.

Awesome location! Walkable distance to everything. Small rooms, tiny restrooms / water gets everywhere. Clean room. Some things may need to be updated. Overall good stay. 8/10.
-
Close to rail and downtown No elevators to 2nd floor
-
Great location, cute hotel, and very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Everything was great.
-
Different seating areas The size of the room. Very small no place to put your luggage
-
The hotel was really nice. The staff was really nice, but the room was extremely small and the train was I suppose was a little noisy but aside from that three or four star
-
Great location. Clean. Very nice staff. Room was tiny. Odd shower design. Be sure to point the showerhead all the way down or you'll end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Weekend rates are way overpriced for that size room
-
Nice property in a great location. Rooms are small and parking is pricey.

It was cute and quaint

The location couldn't be better. It was incredibly convenient to walk to numerous fantastic restaurants and take a scenic stroll over to Stearns Wharf. If you are looking for a cozy, character-filled spot in an unbeatable location, this is it!

The staff was wonderful. We had a king room with a garden patio. The room was so small that it barely fit anything but the bed. We had to edge around it just to move. The bathroom was tiny with few hooks or shelves. The bathroom door had no latch, swung open and closed and was frosted glass with an inch of space all around so there was very little privacy. There was nowhere to put our bags in the room or our toiletries in the bathroom. No closet and just a few drawers that were too hard to get to so we didn't use them. Thank goodness for the patio which we used as our sitting room. If you can get a smaller bed, it may be okay.

Location was great, newer property, pretty finishings, nice amenities.

Amazing location, cute hotel, warm and caring staff. Nicole was helpful and professional. Nothing, everything was perfect.

No blow dryer in room. No real closet, couldn’t hang up my dress for wedding. Room was so small that we couldn’t actually get around small suitcase to far side of the bed… again, no closet. Also no full length mirror. Property does not have an elevator. Clean and cute, but everything else was challenging.
