Staff was horrible room was horrible pool was horrible

Staff at front desk were rude and laughed in my face when telling me they would not accept my virtual Apple Card on site …. After accepting it online to make the booking. When I questioned their policy they would not show me where it was posted in their site. It was an awful experience.

Amazing location, beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable beds, kind and helpful staff Only one thing — the bath products from L’Occitane smell absolutely horrible. Smells like dial soap from the 80s. I would not use them or count on them if you’re traveling without your own.

Great location. Room was very well appointed and clean. The bathroom was amazing. Great location near the beach and near shopping. Room was a little far away from the pool, but was not a big deal.

The reason for my score was that when we arrived early I asked if my room was by some chance ready. The female at the counter said no and took my information and then said that she would call me if it was ready early then the 4pm check in. We walked around town and came back about 3:40 pm went up to counter where the girl was no where to be found. We asked another person who said that room was still not ready. I said okay and that we will be sitting right outside in the front and to let us know. At 4pm when check in time is standard. I went to counter and what do you know! Room was miraculously ready. Now mind you no call or no walking about 10 feet to where we were sitting to let us know room was ready. No I had to go back up to counter to inquire. As far as the complex I couldn’t tell you because we were placed in a totally separate building off of the main premises.

Nothing provided. Too spread out. Never saw the pool!

Amazing location, staff, rooms, exceptional experience

The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. The view was supposedly a city view, but we still had an ocean view while overlooking the gardens and pool. The premises is well maintained and the location is quiet and right across from the beach. I would 100% recommend this location and building.

Right across from the beach and the wharf, steps to restaurants and shops. You are in the heart of it all. Hotel pool is beautiful; our room was huge and had partial ocean view on extensive balcony (and if you like good amenities, they have L'Occitane.) Keurig in rooms; no breakfast option at hotel, but breakfast spot next door has either sit-down (and great outside tables facing the ocean) or a quicker 'take out' line for excellent coffee and treats. nothing; I love this hotel

Close to the beach , downtown, walking distance to everything. Great staff and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again!

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location.

Wonderful view

The location was great. The fridge was not cold. When we asked about it, they said they just don’t work well. We had to use our cooler with ice to keep things cold. The WiFi was very slow.

We hung out by the pool a lot which was super refreshing. The room was gorgeous and cozy also. No complaints. We’ll definitely stay here in the future.

Gorgeous property. Our room was in the North wing, the newest addition. We loved being close to the beach and downtown where we could easily explore without having to worry about parking.

It was right across from Stearns Wharf so we could see the water and all the activity with joggers and people walking. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was our 50th anniversary so a nice treat!
