The front desk staff were bad. At times during my 40 minute wait, there was just one person checking people in. What was more important for the second clerk to walk away? And when I was checking out, they did not tell me how to get through the parking lot gate without a room key.

Clean the room.

Frankly I think it would have been better if they charged us more for the room rate and provided a clean updated room with parking included. Right now it feels like a place that overcharges and then is stingy about providing an good experience.

The property location is great. The building I stay seems like need a lot of maintenance One of the room had Brocken shampoo containers on the shower. I found hairs in the bath tub like they didn’t clean well before we get in to the room. The patio door had some broken metal part to stop the slide door. I just didn’t complain because I was kind the frustrating with the check in. They take like 45 minutes to give me my keys. So I was already frustrated with that cuz I requested connected rooms and when get there It wasn’t available. And they supposed to upgrade my rooms but they looks big and But not clean on the showers on both rooms

First time staying here and I am definitely coming back!! Beautiful property, beautiful view!! If you didn’t want to leave the property, you really don’t have to, as everything you would need is on site!

The Hilton Beachfront Resort is perfectly located across the street from the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there.

The staff was good and bad. The front desk insisted we come to the desk to get a physical receipt at check-out when we were running late for an early train. They gave us resistance about just emailing a receipt. Why?! The Director of Restaurants, Monte, was great when accommodating a request in advanced to have some bubbly waiting for us in the room when we arrived to celebrate a birthday!

Upon arrival, we waited 1 hour to check in and then they gave us the wrong room. If it wasn’t for Rick, the bellman, I would have waited another hour to speak to somebody at the front desk about the room situation. Raffy Helou was also extremely helpful and accommodating making sure that our stay was memorable.

The property is beautiful and a great location to the pier! However, internet was an issue the entire time with spotty connections in the room. When we arrived, it was about 2pm, and the coffee shop had just closed and there were no other food options except the restaurant off the lobby. They seemed to be understaffed with only 2 employees but they seated a large group of us so food took awhile. Additionally, their lunch and dinner menu is extremely limited with gluten free options. During our stay, we tried ordering room service but the menu (available online) was extremely limited. So we went to the pool, sat at a chair and ordered food. The breakfast buffet was great. No complaints there, and appreciated the gluten free options.

The property was in a beautiful location right near the beach. The room had everything had everything we needed.

The line to check in were 20 people deep. We left and went for a walk . Went back a couple of hours later and still had 20 people. We were on vacation it’s not how we wanted to spend our time.
-
Lack of customer service from all staff. You could see the dirt buildup on the tiles in the pool. Obviously isn’t cleaned out. Room was so hot despite being set to the lowest temp on the AC control. We had to call the front desk for two portable fans. They offered to send someone the next morning to fix it, but that’s when we were supposed to check out. Long lines for check in and check out. Grounds look pretty and it’s close proximity to the beach. That’s about it.

I felt it could have been alot cleaner and maintained. Our room had an oder and dirty carpets throughout. There were spider webs and the shower looked dirty.

Overall love this hotel and its vibes. It’s nostalgic for me but updated a bit. The property itself is great & usually worth the money. But I noticed multiple over flowing trash cans. And the breakfast buffet is not what it used to be

We loved the property as it was just next to the beach. Room were comfortable and clean.

Room was nice and big and clean, property could use some work

We paid over $900 for one night, but an air conditioning issue delayed us for more than an hour, even though the repair itself took only five minutes. It disrupted our first evening with our toddler. Although the resort fee was waived, the overall response time and service did not match the price we paid.
