I would come back . Just hope to have a cleaner tub since I’m traveling with young children .

It was good but overpriced for what it is.

Chessboard & the pool and of course the beautiful view were the highlights of our visit!

I highly recommend the Hilton Santa Barbara! I will be staying here again if I return to the area. The pool was so much fun and everything was so clean and easy to use. Our check in ran smoothly and Cupid was lovely and very helpful. The room was amazing as well, very spacious and fun to hang out on the balcony. There is beach access right accross the street so that is a plus as well!

We loved the proximity to the beach as well as all the beautiful amenities such as the pool, pickleball, and bicycles that we could use to explore the town. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Great property for families, centrally located and overall wonderful experience. The resort is a little dated and could use a small facelift, but overall it was well maintained. My biggest gripe was that none of the ice makers around the property were working.

The location is central to all activities- beach, state street, etc.

Room was a little outdated

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hilton. First of all, there is no staff to call at the front desk. You’ll always get an automated response that asks you to text staff. Great - so when you do that, it takes upwards of 1-4 hours per a response. You have to send multiple texts to get a response. If you have an issue with your room, want to call in room dining directly - forget about it. You’ve gotta drive up to the front and hope staff is there. When we pulled up to Checkin around 8 PM, there was no staff on the curb to greet us (notwithstanding the fact that they have valet parking). No staff around the pool serving you. There were far too little umbrellas for the heat. The property is dated. I was disappointed as this was a very expensive stay.

Close to the beach

This could at one time been a beautiful resort. Now it is run down and we experienced black mold in the hallway from the A/C. Very disappointed.

We didn’t like your restaurant waiter. My Birthday was spoiled by waiter Luis, he was unprofessional, rude and absolutely not hospitality

We pre booked a room with a king bed with partial ocean view and didn’t get either. We got a room with 2 queen beds, and no ocean view. There was mold in the ceiling near the ac vents. The smoke detector was ripped off with exposed wires and there were missing ceiling panels. Very disapointed and not what I paid for

Well located

The room was ok. The water went out just as we went to bed. Because of this , toilets didn’t flush during the night. The staff was frustrating. Took way too long to check in and to check out. We were sent to the wrong building with our room number and then our keys didn’t work on our door. Chase the bell man thank god was there and he straightened everything out. He was the only bright spot to our experience.Expensive for the quality of the resort. Pool was cold.
