Incredible front desk staff and very thoughtful amenities! Ben was so lovely and upgraded my room. Bed was super comfy, and the hotel is very dog friendly. Can't wait to come back! Tea selection in the morning could be better, but other than that, great!

Phenomenal staff made every day easy and comfortable. Kimpton social hour from 5 to 6 was an evening ritual we enjoyed.

The room was excellent, the rooftop pool, coffee bar in the morning, and wine reception at night were all top-notch. The staff was very friendly, the manager shook my hand and introduced himself.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Santa Barbara. We'll definitely stay here again. The pool and rooftop deck are excellent!

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. For the premium price paid, the room and bathroom were disappointing. An old shower and tub, not the luxury, renovated experience advertised. We were also across from construction which woke us at 7am. Lacklustre pool area, and the tea and coffee station was not stocked regularly. We had to ask for peppermint tea multiple times. I was also was asked to pay a tax that I had already paid.

I was disappointed with my stay …I paid a 5 star rate for a 2 star experience. The was stuffy, no water or amenities other than at the front desk. Not a terrible hotel … just not worth the $$! charged.

Great location. Quiet. Great staff.

The room was spacious with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The walls were a bit thin, but thankfully it never got too noisy during our stay. Also - the vanilla latte is a must. So good! I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend staying here.
