It’s very pretty and the location was decent. Our room was disappointing. No chair, desk or refrigerator. The bathroom was tiny with a shower stream that hit me in my stomach and a very low ceiling over the commode. The sink was in the bedroom on the other side of the bed from the bathroom. So it would be impossible to get ready in the morning without waking your partner.

Clean, quaint, and quiet.

I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful little Inn. It was so cozy and comfortable with a working fireplace in our room, plus perfectly located in walking distance to so many great things. I would definitely be staying here again if I'm ever back in Santa Barbara!!

Obviously it is an old building, which is to be expected, and part of the charm. With that said, the interior is tired. Beds with velvet fabric covering (hygene?) , shower/bathroom very cramped and not particularly clean. Some confusion about the entry code. They sent me one with a link that requested to fill out a check-in form. An hour later they sent me another code (Why?) after I had memorized the first and tried it in vain. Upon arrival internet service was out. They sent someone out to fix it but I almost missed my zoom call.

Great stay
-
Location and vibe and classic feel Need of some updating in areas
-
Absolutely charming, great location and facilities Since it’s an older house although a renovated one, the soundproofing wasn’t ideal. There was a storm that night and the sounds from outside were a bit of a disturbance

No breakfast. Checkout was too EARLY (at 10am)

Hard to get into property. Requested early check in. No deal. Bathroom from 1940. Small. Old. Moldy. Not even a 1 star. Shower like a phone booth. 90% of contact by email. Only personal call was a welcome intro. Pitch their off premises restaurants. Staying at Marriott tonight as part of my itinerary. Less expensive.

Urine and moisture smell in the room. No staff on site. Lawn mower noise early in the morning. Overpriced.

Peaceful little get away!!! Loved the contactless check-in & out experience. That said, Humberto extremely accomodating via text. Most comfy bed which overlooked the gardens from the second floor. Will definitely return.

Room is lovely. Staff is, too.

Place is very welcoming and gorgeous back yard. Staff very helpful.
-
Location and size of room It’s old and smells old, not a deal breaker but it is noticeable. Rooms need a little TLC but still a good value.

Was a great experience. My wife and I had a great time. Very friendly staff even though everything was contactless. They were very helpful through the stay.

We walked in and said "Wow!" We knew we had found a true gem in Santa Barbara. A beautifully restored vintage home with wood paneling, curly-cues and beautiful grounds. We sat down in the back and just sighed. Ahhh!

check in was hard.

Other than that we loved it Excellent staff
