Beautiful, convenient and clean, helpful staff, pretty quiet for being right next to the 101 Freeway and pretty much all the details are covered. The price is right as well!!
-
Good location with many food options around, city parking free after 18:00, nice gym and good breakfast. The hotel has a bar. They clean rooms every two days

I would have loved to have a microwave to heat up my leftovers.

Marriott has been in business since 1927. You’d think they’d understand that the primary reason people book a hotel is because they need a place to sleep. If you’re looking to sleep at this AC Hotel Marriott property good luck. The noise from the freeway that penetrated into our room was ridiculous. You’d expect with 99 years of developing and operating hotels that Marriott would know how to build a hotel near a freeway that guests could actually get a peaceful nights sleep in. After the second night, I complained to the front desk about the room noise and requested a room change. I was told there were no rooms available but that the staff member would make a note and maybe something would come open after 4:00PM. No one ever got back to me about my request. I was not the only guest complaining about the freeway noise. I had another guest tell me she complained to the front desk about the noise and requested a different room. She was told by a hotel staff member that she couldn’t change rooms because she had booked her reservation through a third party. (She booked with Expedia.) Another example of how badly constructed this property is, our barn style sliding glass door on the bathroom in our room would occasionally rattle during the night from the freeway vibrations. I definitely would not recommend this property if want a good night sleep.

I was greeted by a welcoming front desk that assisted with places to go in the area whilst checking me in. I couldn't have been happier with the staff. The room I stayed in was very nice and comfortable, with a view of the courtyard. For a short weekend stay in Santa Rosa, this is an excellent choice.

I will definitely stay here again if I am in town.
-
My room was clean and well-stocked. However, storage and hanging spaces are limited.

Great place to stay in Santa Rosa!
-
Breakfast was mediocre, no quality and little options, specially for the price, not worth it.

Staff is fantastic, courteus, and willing to help. My roon had an AC Unit which I was unable to turn off at night, the AC would go off but the it had a loud noise for a fan, that will simply not stop, even after I contact technisian. I could not sleep the night.

Services at Valet parking, our Tesla was charged and ready to return home! Everything was excellent
-
It was a clean, newer property and the staff was excellent! The layout of the bathroom sink area was too open. Hard to get ready with dim lighting when someone else is still trying to sleep. Also, it had more street noise than expected.
-
Breakfast menu was superb. Cured meats, cheese, cold cereals, sausage, eggs, potatoes, fresh fruits. Starbucks coffee, Tazo teas.
-
Valet parking only. $35. Well worth it since it includes free ev charging. Also no wait for car pickup. App works great to communicate with valet to assure timely vehicle pickup. The include breakfast was good. I would definitely stay at this property again and book through expedita.
-
All was good, location, big, spacious room, nice clean hotel. I would stay there again

Cons: The property is located next to a highway, so make sure your room isn’t too close to it or facing the road. I had to change my room because of the noise and vibrations from the fast-moving traffic.
