That the pool was warm Our room had a weird smell
-
Location was OK. We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Santa Rosa. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and poorly trained, and they failed to provide clear information about breakfast, which we ended up missing - we saw it happening with more people after. The hotel itself feels old, with no charm or character. The towels, including those at the pool, as well as the bed sheets, were of very poor quality. It also felt like the hotel tries to take advantage of guests at every opportunity. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and not worth the stay.

No breakfast

The bed and bedding were comfortable and the room was clean. Parking required an additional fee of $10 per night, although there were plenty of parking spaces available. Breakfast was not complimentary or self-service; it cost extra, even though my booking stated that breakfast was included.

Tess was an extremely helpful desk clerk.

Hospitality and cleanliness
-
The room and view were great. I liked how close it was to downtown. Used the shower for the first time and the drain was clogged and water filled up the shower and almost went on to the floor.
-
Bed was really comfortable and everything was really clean.? The only thing was we couldn't connect to the internet for watching movies on HBO at night? till morning time , other than that things were good.

I had an amazing time at the Marriott, the service and hospitality was superb, and the room was very nice, I enjoyed my stay and in the future I'll be back, thank you for everyone for making my stay one to remember.

My stay went well. The room was clean and comfortable. A plus is The Bistro food items are reasonably priced. Great customer service by the staff especially Alma at the front desk. Thank you.

Enjoyable
-
The good everyone was friendly & location. Too expensive to justify the list of broken amenities and smelliness of the elevator and floor two.
-
Love the place, clean and organized and it was close to where I was going N/A

Only booked 5 mins before we arrived due to change in travel plans. Very welcoming and efficient reception. Room clean, comfortable but quite loud until late in the evening due to railway lines/station just outside the room window but seemed to quieten through night.

We skipped breakfast, so N/A. Nice modern room and comfortable mattress. The parking sitch is a little bit of a runaround and I wasn't used to being charged for parking at a Courtyard. Wheels are quite small on one of the luggage carts and wouldn't roll very well when fully loaded. The other cart worked fine the next day when we checked out.

I love this hotel.
