Art House Hotel and Suites

it was great.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing and kind. Thank you for being so wonderful!!

I travel alot for work and hate eating fast food all the time. I regularly come to the santa rosa area for work, and found this gem based on having a full kitchen. It's basically downtown santa rosa but still a quiet spot to stay. There are many resturaunts in walking distance, close to the 101 and is smack dab in the middle of my work area making it so convenient. It has private parking BUT make sure to reserve it when you book by calling them it sells out quick!

Beautiful suite with a kitchen and separate bedroom. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Convenient parking. Close to many different restaurants, like D’oro de Napoli and Falafel Hut. Continental breakfast was good, not great. Good to a Nespresso machine in our suite - a nice treat. Would stay here again in heartbeat!

Parking is not good, Otherwise beautiful and great location.

Thank you so much, Bernadette, for helping me get into my room early. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean for the price point. Very quiet. The entire experience was perfect for a quick business trip.

Close to downtown.

Room, warm & helpful staff, location, bed comfort, breakfast and cleanliness of the facility Nothing!

Super cute property. Comfortable bed, sofa bed was comfortable too. Clean and spacious. Great area.

Nice staff, easy downtown location.

Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you needed. Everything about the property was great

We had a really big room with a comfy bed. The Nespresso coffee machine made a great cup of coffee in the room.

It was clean. The pillows, bed linen and bed were very comfortable. In fact we forgot to check or ask what brand the mattress and pillows were! I know this cannot be helped but the elevator was not working so we had to climb the stairs to the third floor…..my husband has COPD. It was at times a struggle.

I loved my stay here. I have already booked a return trip in December at Christmas. I may even upgrade my room if possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean, and the rooms were clean and in excellent working condition.

It's an apartment building converted to a hotel.

Elevator is broken, 5 luggage cases to 4th floor. Lousy breakfast

Breakfast was super tasty with chobani yogurt, fresh fruits, instant oatmeal and juices/tea and coffee. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable Water pressure in the shower was a little low and they only had a rain shower style shower head. The elevator was broken so we had to do a bit more walking on the stairs.

Very comfortable and good location!

Super comfortable bed. Lovely, helpful staff members. Good restaurants nearby. Elevator was out of order, staff did their best to help. Would be nice to have a real glass to drink out of in the room, not just a paper cup. Bathroom was a bit spartan.

Bad odor upon entering. Room wasn’t available upon arrival at 5pm still. Breakfast was disappointing … no water for the coffee machine. Elevator was not working.
