Great room clean and large suite. Good location near restaurants.
-
Loved staying here. Are ‘room’ (read: apartment) was great. Large, airy, and well-decorated.
-
Ruth at the front desk was so passive aggressive because their front door key scanner wasn’t working, she single handedly made sure I would never stay here again
-
Called for an early check in and unfortunately was not able to be accommodated. I came in at my check in time and the room was still not ready. However, a manager, Tony upgraded us to a suite and we were checked in upon check in time. Thank you Tony! Excellent customer service

There were a couple of weird things like the bathroom sink being incredibly awkward to use because of a shelf that overhangs too close and too much, the continental breakfast was not much to write home about, and the parking spots are pretty tight but manageable. But all in all this place was great. Comfortable, new/clean, and with a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean spacious rooms. Not “ Lux” in any way but very comfortable. The included breakfast options were great for us. Nespresso in every room, tons of light with separate work, lounge and eating areas. Negatives are only low water pressure and parking is typical for urban environments. If you don’t get lucky enough to secure one of few indoor parking spots for $25/night, you need to hunt for street parking which is metered but free overnight. The staff was outstanding. Marilyn helped us find parking or gave us her spot and after a casual reference to our plans at check-in, she surprised us with a map on which she highlighted local favorites, routes etc. True hospitality.

Love it

An excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were told the property had just opened in September 2025, so everything was still in pristine condition. Metered parking is available right outside the building, and it's free overnight, so you may not even need to pay for garage parking. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the in-room Nespresso coffee setup was a nice touch. The air conditioning was both quiet and powerful—perfect for keeping the room cool on hot summer days. Our only minor complaint was the shelf above the sink. It can get in the way when washing your face, although it does provide some extra storage. Overall, this small design quirk was easily outweighed by the property's many strengths. We would happily stay here again.

We walked into our and both said "wow..this is nice"

Perfect place for a couple! Walking distance to food and shops. Short distance from some of our favorite vineyards. The extra seating allowed for real relaxation morning, afternoon or evening.
-
I wasn’t expecting it, but my room a little apartment with kitchen and living room. Everything was comfortable and clean. I stayed just one night, and would stay again.
-
The entire hotel feels new. Everything is updated and immaculate. The bed and climate control is perfect. I slept exceptionally well.

Quiet area, close to town. Great amenities. Very enjoyable stay. One caveat is that we didn’t pay to park in the garage and parked up in one of the neighborhoods, a part was taken off my car, so be aware that it’s work the $10 parking garage fee. Also we went to the comedy club bar right up the road and had a very fun time :)

No free parking. They only have 12 spaces of extra charge parking. Most guests have to find parking on the street.

We enjoyed our stay. Secluded location. Nice and quiet. Great Italian restaurant one street away.

WE stumbled on Art House quite by acccident while driving south on the 101. We weren't sure how far we would make it that day so when we narrowed down a stopping point I started looking for a place. We lucked out with Art House. We had one of the suites and it was bright, spacious and comfortable. We voted it the best averall bed and pillows out of our two week road trip! We have found good beds but never such wonderful pillows. The suite is really well appointed and walking dostance to some very good restaurants. If you have a car to park make sure you make a reservation for that!

My daughter and I loved our stay. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean and pet friendly, although we didn't bring a pet. The location is excellent to experience the charm of downtown Santa Rosa within walking distance. You have to manage the parking but there's a loading area and street parking nearby and limited paid parking available.
-
only one thing: we got no parking space in the hotel and have to park our motorcycles outside the hotel.
