Everything in the room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were attentive.

Great location in a heritage property. Old building but room was very clean, bed was comfortable, good parking. No conplaints.

Otherwise the room was perfect. Had a junior suite, very spacious and comfy bed.

Bathroom light had a short, faculties did have a replacement so they lest a hole in the bathroom. Plus shower was not the greatest

This establishment is a throwback to a more gracious era. The room was large and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Grossman's, the adjoining restaurant was first rate.

The elevator was down but walking up three flights was easy and allowed us to see the whole place. We did have a fire alarm in the morning go off (false alarm) but they apologized and said it had never happened before so it was just a little fluke. Anyway— we loved it.

It was a nice stay. Cute area and historic buildings. If you want the history, stick with the main building even if the elevator is broken. It’s just more of the authentic feel. Ultimately it would be great if this hotel offered robes and slippers like Hotel E does. The parking was free for me though.

An absolutely wonderful stay at this Hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were spotless, modern, and offered beautiful views. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the overall vibe was relaxing and upscale. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

Classic old California hotel built in 1907. Great "period" furnishings. Very close to all of Santa Rosa activities
