Hotel E

Beautiful hotel . Clean and cozy. Rooms have big window withnlots of light. I wanted a getaway for a couple days with my partner and his was exactly what I wanted . Beds were so soft and cozy and welcoming charm was perfect. I will come back again soon and recommend to anyone .

This was a nice little hotel, very central to downtown. We parked our car and walked everywhere.

The staff was great and the parking excellent.

Nice hotel right in the center of Santa Rosa.

The room was amazing! It was very clean and we appreciated the high quality feel of th place!

Nicely renovated bank building from a bygone era. Rooms are clustered down each hall. Rooms are little small but nicely laid out. It would be better if the tubs were equipped with shower doors versus a curtain. Toiletries were very nice. Great location to Russian River Brewing Co. lots of eateries within walking distance. Did not park there. It might be difficult. Nice Continental breakfast was complimentary. Would stay there again.

Very attractive hotel and rooms and bathroom. I’m sensitive to noise and facing away from plaza and being on 4 floor felt quiet. Breakfast mediocre. Need more protein besides yogurt w lots of sugar. Towels soft and plush and good bed and pillows. Biggest drawback in the room is no chair. Only woven bench seat that was uncomfortable so if you want chair for working at desk or reading there’s nothing like that and forced to sit on bed which I don’t like. Valet so kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel E- comfy bed, updated room with a safe and nice size bathroom. It’s within walking distance to several places to eat. The lobby area and bar was nice for socializing. We will stay here again.

It was lovely. But street was very loud during the Wednesday night street market.

Good location. Very clean and comfortable room. Great bathroom and shower. The cleaning staff never showed up on our second day in the hotel. Some of the staff seemed a bit unengaged.

Everything was great! We loved our stay

I get why they might not have a full hot breakfast included in the rate, but what they had there was not really a breakfast… It was beyond too simple. Like dry English muffins, few accompaniments, basic fruit etc. Nice rooms and views of the town Square but the windows were pretty dirty. Very nice vibe, great location, and nice rooms. A little more attention to detail could make it great.

Lobby is very inviting with a bar/ lounge. Rooms are small but very nicely decorated. Breakfast was coffee/tea and basic prepackaged breakfast items. Location is excellent for exploring downtown historic Santa Rosa.

Everything was great besides a few weird stains on the lamp shades and a little on the curtains. Everything else seemed really clean and well kept. Great location. Walked to our dinner reservations les than a half mile away.

I am disappointed with the experience. I had high expectations due to the good reviews. I was traveling with two other couples. We are all Expedia gold members. I was the first one arrived at check-in and asked about the possibility of an upgrade. The staff told me there is a room on the top floor available for upgrade. Turned out it was a downgrade instead. The room is small. Don’t even have an arm chair as the photo showed. The other two couples got a much larger room. My room lacks amenities like slippers and tissue papers while the other two couples got everything in their room. When we compare pricing, I actually paid a few dollars more than the other couples. Look like there are differences in us being treated. If I return to the area, I will not stay here though the property is well kept, quiet and included breakfast.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was just yogurt and granola. The street noise at night can be disruptive to sleep. I liked being close to the Courthouse Plaza. Parking required either paying a meter every 3 hours or paying for valet.

This was a great hotel very convenient location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
