Great location. Clean rooms, lots of parking. I was surprised that parking cost an additional $24 a day and also no complementary breakfast.

The Hyatt Regency Sonoma is centrally located and is within walking distance to the Railroad District. The resort has tons of different outdoor seating areas to choose from, so it never feels crowded. We absolutely loved the pool and fire pit (you can even make s’mores at night)! Our room was gorgeous. The staff are all amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property in the room was great, but the parking turns into a gravel pit halfway

Staff was very helpful

Loved our stay and wish we could stay longer. They have a lot of activities, including yoga, wine tasting, and s’mores. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Staff was very friendly.

We paid over $700 for a two-night stay at what is supposed to be a Hyatt Regency, but the experience was a complete disaster from the second we pulled up. When we arrived at 10:00 PM, there was no valet in sight. After waiting in our car, we went inside to ask for help. The front desk agent—who was working completely alone, no hotel guest at the desk —barely looked up and told us to just leave our keys in the car because the valet was "probably parking a car." We went back out, then a line of began to form with five other cars, and we all waited. Still no valet. When I went back inside to explain the situation, the front desk agent snapped, told me she didn't have to put up with my displeasure, and began insulting and berating me personally—even making derogatory comments about how my mother raised me. To make matters worse, the following morning when I got up to get the coffee that was supposed to be available at 6 AM in the morning, it was not there.the room itself was appalling: Severe Lack of Amenities: No dressers and only a tiny closet with a handful of hangers for two adults. Dilapidated Condition: Peeling paint everywhere and a completely non-functional shower. Unsanitary: The room was filthy. This property fails to meet basic hygiene and hospitality standards, let alone Hyatt Regency brand expectations. Total failure of management, maintenance, and basic customer service. Avoid this hotel.

Clean, nice pool

Perfect location and beautiful property. Wine tasting by the pool was cool. Only gripe I have was the bed was horrible. Almost felt like it was broken and I was sleeping with my feet in the air.

Staff outside of front desk was excellent!! No partition in 116 patio room!! Mold in shower!! TV worked off and on!!!
-
Great place but no TV for watching sports
-
Everything was great I enjoyed my stay.
-
The property was very clean. One thing i loved is that the pool is heater and my kids enjoyed it even when we arrived later in the day.

Friendly staff

Our room was nice, modern. What I didn’t like was paying $24 for parking and then paying an additional $35 as a destination fee. For me this simply means the advertised room rate was a false leader and really was $59 more than advertised.

It was a fantastic hotel. My only complaint would be the noise that was made the night before my check out. I barely got any rest other than that everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay, great check in process. Smores by the fire pit was a great addition! Thank you!

But the pool seemed to need some attention. The color was off and it seemed to need chemicals Will still come again. Love the first floor room

The hair dryer was old and dirty, so I didn't dare use it.
