Beautiful landscaping and grounds, very clean We had a small hiccup with the reservation through booking.com but the manager solved it quickly

The property is very pretty and walking distance to a lot of convenient things. The rooms are very basic. If you don’t plan on actually using the property, you could save a lot of money by just staying at a best western or something along those lines. The room reminded me of an OK Holiday Inn.

I usually love a Hyatt but this one was not clean. Kind of gross.

Property was amazing. Room was comfortable. Courtyard and pool were inviting. Quick walk to shops and restaurants. We didn’t get housekeeping services. Didn’t have a door rag to say “please clean room”. After a long day out we got back to the room not being made up, trash nor emptied and no fresh towels. Had to call down for towels and to empty trash. Nowhere when checking were we told we wouldn’t get our room cleaned.

The bed was not very comfortable and I personally did not like the pillows. The price for one night was a little high and you have to pay for parking.

The Location is great! Close to 101 north and south ramps. Close to downtown and historic railroad district. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. Nice fire pit in the courtyard and pool was enjoyable. Really good breakfast on-site. I would stay here again. The bed was not very comfortable and I personally did not like the pillows. Location

We stayed here 5 years ago and liked the property. This time we felt the property was greatly in need of an update. Much of the furniture was worn and there was no folded clothing storage, a small closet with 3 hangers and additional requests for hangers took several hours. The pillows were hard as a rock. Needless to say we won’t be back, it wasn’t worth the cost.

One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Loved the larger screen TV. The bar food we had was well worth the price. Ours was excellent. The lobby was cozy and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Nice comfortable courtyard. A fire pit and seating to enjoy drinks and appetizers from the bar. And at night they offer a s’more tray.
