Older hotel. Wouldn't stay here again. Shower was horrible!!
-
Beautiful resort convienetly located in the heart of Santa Rosa. This is my Go-To place to stay when visiting Sonoma County Wine Country!
-
Closeness to Railroad Square and wineries in the greater Santa Rosa area. The food at the little breakfast place was excellent and fast. Highly recommend the Belgian Waffles and the pancakes.

The hotel is generally well maintained. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were in good condition. We stayed for one night and checked in at 3 pm, but our room wasn’t ready yet, so we waited about 30 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It was likely a busy weekend (4th of July), which explains the delay, and I’d be happy to return whenever I have the chance.

Clean & very nice staff, online check out

Everything was perfect

This is overall a very nice hotel. The room seemed clean, as are the grounds in general. I got a courtyard facing room and was glad I did because there was no noise from the nearby highway. The man who helped me at check in was rushed, did not tell me about where I could get breakfast even after I had asked, and offered me no water like the other people checking in next to me got. The fire pit in the courtyard is lovely, and they offer smores ingredients in the evening. Breakfast was surprisingly good!

Great place. Enjoyed our stay!

$24 per day for parking, wow!

The staff up front were very helpful and although the restaurant was closed, they helped us source other food from outside vendors since we arrived later than anticipated. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. I forgot some toiletries so they provided those and were considerate and friendly. The grounds of the property were very nice also with well manicured landscapes. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

This is a gorgeous hotel right in the heart of Santa Rosa. Walkable to the cute downtown corridor with restaurants and their summer market nearby. Despite its proximity to the freeway, the property is very quiet. They offer nice welcoming amenities like sunset s'mores around a HUGE fire pit, yoga on the lawn, and wine tastings. I've stayed at a nearby hotel many times before, but I plan to return because I really enjoyed this place so much more.
-
Really convenient hotel with a nice workout room and friendly staff and bar. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

Nice location . Close to downtown and parks. I was double charged for our rooms and told it was because I used booking.com

Ok

Nice cozy hotel booked 2 rooms - one had walk-in shower while other had a tub. We had a senior(80+) with us & she had difficulty getting into the tub for a bath. We requested her room be changed but they did not accommodate. The hotel was not very busy

There is a $24 parking fee, not advertised ahead. Next to the freeway and the room Was noisy. Staff just decided not to do the room one day and when called we’re not even apologetic. Overall, not worth the money.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room and grounds were in pristine condition and clean. The hot tub and pool area are highlights of this hotel
