Wonderful bottom floor room with a patio that was just steps away from the pool. We had the pool by ourselves for over an hour. Water could be a tad bit warmer but cooled us off anyway. Room was decent. Liked having a fridge & microwave. Came in handy for leftover meals. Full free breakfast spread was great! Oatmeal &toppings, yogurt & toppings, fresh melon slices, juices, coffees, milks, boiled eggs, butter, jams, berries, waffle maker, toast & toaster, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruits, and the omelettes delish and biscuits/gravy, sausage, and hashbrowns too! You won’t be disappointed. Rooms and hotel itself are a little outdated and warm but if you see past that, it’s totally worth it and offers the most important requirements for us.

I personally do not like to stay in a hotel where the rooms open to the outside as all of these do it reminds me of an old motel that’s been converted into the best Western hotel. The stairwell going up to the second floor was really grimy and needs a good power washing. You do not get a shining welcoming sign as you walk up those dirty cement stairs to your room. The bathroom sink and drain board was tiny and almost couldn’t fit all of my makeup and hair supplies. I felt very crowded. Air conditioner was loud and kept going on and off all night so ultimately I had to completely turn it off as I couldn’t sleep. There were several issues with our room that we mentioned to the front desk and they were all taken care of to our satisfaction. Would’ve thought the maid would’ve noticed the toilet seat was very loose and about to come off the toilet and report it to the management, but apparently she didn’t.

Location was good. Ok parking. Nice staff Shower leaked. Floor corners had hair and dirt. Only had sheets on beds, 3 thin sheets. Breakfast wasn't all that great either.

This hotel was better than expected, especially for the price. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds, a separate living room with a pull out bed, a large bathroom, a patio on each the bedroom and living room that went straight out to the pool AND we brought our dog and it was never an issue. Dogs can't go inside the gated pool area which is fine..you just grab a chair from your patio and sit with pup while the kid swims. They have doggie poo stations there and out by the parking lot and they always had bags stocked in them. Free huge daily Continental breakfast until 9:30 am. The only thing I can even begin to say is, it can be interesting getting into the parking lot, but it is well worth it. We have to go back again to Santa Rosa soon and we are absolutely booking a room there again.

Clean room. Good breakfast.

Staff was amazing
-
It was clean and they offer maid service daily. The continental breakfast was outstanding. There was a variety of options everyday. The TV was difficult to operate, you had to point the control in an exact spot. The HVAC is outdated and loud.
-
The only downside to this hotel is the rooms are not soundproof. It isn’t terrible by any means, but if you’re a light sleeper you should take this into consideration and bring earplugs or be prepared to use your phone for white noise.

Great breakfast
-
This place is a dump motel 6 is better they advertise a bar there is no bar they make the pool look big and nice it’s small and dirty rooms are dark and dusty AVOID
-
It was quiet n nice ppl There was nothing wrong
-
Decent location and clean room even if a bit dated. Definitely closer to a motel vibe. Frankly should be advertised more, that all of the rooms are facing outside rather than the rooms inside like most. Maybe it was just ignorance, but I was slightly surprised.
-
Pretty grounds. Great breakfast, bed was ok, bathroom faucet was wonky, room smelled like smoke, trafic noise.
-
Lovely
-
The property was clean. The room was amazing. The little patio was a nice spot to drink your coffee. Staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.
-
I left my glasses in their case in the bathroom but they claimed they were never turned in. The keys didn’t work on the door several times and it was difficult to get into the room.
-
My only complaint, really, is the pillows. They are lumpy and old. The hotel needs to gets some nice new pillows.
