Noisy, dank property and the front desk folk were less than helpful, or pleasant.

Courtesy and availability

I enjoyed my stay the room was very clean the only thing I was not happy with was the bed was not very comfortable but other then that we loved the pool it was nice and warm so the pool was great to have when we visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really loved that. It was easy to get into the location and there was a lot to do within walking distance.
-
Accessible room was great! Roomy enough for a power wheelchair and a scooter.
-
Property is extremely run down and not maintained well.
-
Great room right next to pool and very nice area for my fur baby. Loved the down stairs patio, and the most awesome breakfast ever!!
-
It was my first time to stay there and it is a lovely place. I will be using it from now on every time I'm in Santa Rosa.

Wonderful bottom floor room with a patio that was just steps away from the pool. We had the pool by ourselves for over an hour. Water could be a tad bit warmer but cooled us off anyway. Room was decent. Liked having a fridge & microwave. Came in handy for leftover meals. Full free breakfast spread was great! Oatmeal &toppings, yogurt & toppings, fresh melon slices, juices, coffees, milks, boiled eggs, butter, jams, berries, waffle maker, toast & toaster, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruits, and the omelettes delish and biscuits/gravy, sausage, and hashbrowns too! You won’t be disappointed. Rooms and hotel itself are a little outdated and warm but if you see past that, it’s totally worth it and offers the most important requirements for us.

I personally do not like to stay in a hotel where the rooms open to the outside as all of these do it reminds me of an old motel that’s been converted into the best Western hotel. The stairwell going up to the second floor was really grimy and needs a good power washing. You do not get a shining welcoming sign as you walk up those dirty cement stairs to your room. The bathroom sink and drain board was tiny and almost couldn’t fit all of my makeup and hair supplies. I felt very crowded. Air conditioner was loud and kept going on and off all night so ultimately I had to completely turn it off as I couldn’t sleep. There were several issues with our room that we mentioned to the front desk and they were all taken care of to our satisfaction. Would’ve thought the maid would’ve noticed the toilet seat was very loose and about to come off the toilet and report it to the management, but apparently she didn’t.

This hotel was better than expected, especially for the price. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds, a separate living room with a pull out bed, a large bathroom, a patio on each the bedroom and living room that went straight out to the pool AND we brought our dog and it was never an issue. Dogs can't go inside the gated pool area which is fine..you just grab a chair from your patio and sit with pup while the kid swims. They have doggie poo stations there and out by the parking lot and they always had bags stocked in them. Free huge daily Continental breakfast until 9:30 am. The only thing I can even begin to say is, it can be interesting getting into the parking lot, but it is well worth it. We have to go back again to Santa Rosa soon and we are absolutely booking a room there again.

Clean room. Good breakfast.

Staff was amazing
-
It was clean and they offer maid service daily. The continental breakfast was outstanding. There was a variety of options everyday. The TV was difficult to operate, you had to point the control in an exact spot. The HVAC is outdated and loud.
-
The only downside to this hotel is the rooms are not soundproof. It isn’t terrible by any means, but if you’re a light sleeper you should take this into consideration and bring earplugs or be prepared to use your phone for white noise.
