Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa North by IHG

The room was clean and had all the linens, towels, etc. that we needed. The staff helped with questions we had and made our stay most comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean, I didn't have breakfast but my daughter and husband had breakfast they've enjoyed it. We stayed in a different hotels every week since May 2026, this was the best hotel out of all. The bedding smells good. I wish I can stay more but I need to go back to work.

Stall was friendly and attentive Good location near freeway and shopping THE BEDS, like sleeping on a large Marshmallow. Horrible. Not a firm spot on the entire mattress. Rooms were very small and crowded. Very hard to access window shad cords to close the main shade.

It was spacious and clean.

Breakfast are delicious and fresh.

The front desk assistant was very nice As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like someone had recently taken a fresh poop in the bathroom. The toilet paper was disheveled like someone had clearly recently used it. It was very apparent and extremely off putting when we walked in.

This is my go to hotel when visiting Santa Rosa. Rooms clean and comfortable. Decent rates. Good breakfast. I have no complaints.

The staff and Breakfast Rooms are too small for the price. Stayed in other places that were just as clean but bigger for a cheaper price in the same area

Loved everything about this stay. Although it was a last minute booking, the staff was very pleasant and patient. The hotel is very clean exceeding expectations and feels very safe. Plenty of parking, amenities are great. Feels like a very luxurious room. They even have a safe in the closet. Breakfast was also very delicious offering to go options and hot meals such as cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausages, pancakes etc.

Problem with TV everytime we turned it on but temporarily corrected by front desk. On day 2 ran into maintenance man, Eric, that worked on it for a while & corrected issue. Stayed in handicapped room but no shelves, hooks or rods for towels or clothes. And, floor from bedroom to restroom was nit level causing a tripping hazard.

Everything was clean and fresh. Good breakfast and room amenities perfect. This was a good experience.

The bed was comfy. The door was very close to the room door. The open door was noisy
