Place is a little dated but clean and in a good location.

Room was pretty clean but smelled weird. Very noisy near stairs and no blackout curtains . Front desk is never very fi

It was a pleasant stay.

Weir was very clean and updated. Not right off the freeway so it was quiet at night. The pool was great and the breakfast was good. I wish we could have stayed longer so we could utilize the cocktails at the pool in the evening. We will be back.

A watch was stolen from a toiletry bag that was accidentally left behind after checkout. I contacted the front desk shortly after checking out and was told that housekeeping had already left for the day and that only housekeeping had access to the lost and found. The following morning, I returned to the front desk in person at the time housekeeping arrived. My toiletry bag was returned, but several of the most valuable items were missing, including a valuable watch and a bottle of cologne. After speaking with the manager on duty, Miriam, she explained that the hotel’s standard procedure for lost items is to tag them with the date and room number where they were found and then contact the guest to arrange the return of their belongings. None of those procedures appear to have been followed in this case. Miriam stated that she would continue investigating by speaking with the employee who cleaned our room, as well as other staff members. I also emailed hotel management directly but have not received a response. A police report has been filed with the Santa Rosa Police Department. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. The handling of our lost property and the lack of communication have been extremely disappointing and raise serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the staff.

Clean rooms and plenty of parking spots for the stay. I was a bit surprised by the $5 a night parking fee but it was not a big issue for me. Most importantly, I had a good night sleep and the room did its job.

Room was clean , breakfast was exceptional and the pool and hot tub was great
-
Loved the room and area.
-
Just OK, older property, rooms very much reflect that. Nice pool, it was full of kids.
-
This place is very nice with lots of parking, clean, pool, yoga area and so close to freeway; restaurants and venue for wedding

The hotel was nice and the staff was great, but it's not in the best neighborhood. There were some guests who made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying there with our children so we cut our trip short. This would be a great place to stay with singles.
-
Room was clean and decent size. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. More than I expected. Fresh eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes & sausage. Waffle maker , bagels & more .
-
This was such a fun stay, the room was perfect for what I needed. Loved that there was a party at the pool on Friday. Would totally stay here again next time I visit.
-
Breakfast was pretty good, nice, clean just used older motel not a la Quinta
-
Property was nice. Free upgrade to a king from a queen. Hot tub and pool were nice and popular.
-
It was okay, the pool area and breakfast were decent but the room wasn’t nearly as nice as advertised.
-
Short overnight stay, so we re didn’t get to enjoy some of the amenities (free breakfast & pool), but it did satisfy our needs. Facility is a bit outdated especially for the price (most hotels in area are just as pricey. Will probably stay here again

This is an older hotel. It has no elevator, so be prepared to lug your stuff upstairs. There was loud music playing when we arrived at about 5pm. We discovered that it was coming from the nearby pool area where there was a DJ blaring music right in front of the delightful looking hot tub which we would have used if there was no music. the pool looked very nice as well, but, no. Breakfast was served in the "pool room" where the only indoor seating was less than 10 seats at a very small bar, and a couple of pool deck tables (all occupied). Breakfast was okay, some hot dishes (eggs, sausage) and potatoes in a "hot" pan that were ICE cold. This place COULD have been so much nicer.

We've stayed here a couple of times while traveling and have never been disappointed. Clean, comfy, and convenient.
