It is a nice hotel. Functional, clean rooms. Nice pool area, including the breakfast area, is nice, but inside seating was a bit limited.

Breakfast area was small. Not enough seating area and waffle machines broke. Nothing i like about that place Found a lone hiker bed bug in all my hotel stays.

Ok for a night, and the pool area might be nice if you are a family with kids. We felt this was over-priced for what it was. They even charged us an additional $5 for the nightly parking, which we never have experienced anywhere! On the plus side: despite being very close to the Hwy, it was pretty quiet - which we appreciated. Breakfast (self-service) was included, and the options were ok. Your typical waffles, eggs, sausages and yoghurt. Probably better than to what some other similar hotels/motels offer. On the negative side: bedsheet had some stains and some small holes in them, property could use a little bit of TLC/refresh. Bed wasn't comfortable at all, it was sinking in. So should probably update their mattresses soon too. All in all: felt more like a motel, ok for a short stay (1 night), probably not the best quality to price ratio. Very average.

Room was clean, quiet and included more than just a refrigerator and a microwave (cutlery, plates, Fellow water heater for coffee/tea nerds). Free pack-and-play for the baby. The breakfast was really great to have (and new from our last stay) - only gripe there was no peanut butter for the many items that could use it. We really enjoyed the stay overall.

First time to Santa Rosa. Motel was so convenient to places we visited. Great vacation experience!

Location was ok. Clean, basic rooms with air conditioning. No freeway access. Bar room was nice and warm breakfast.

Also the room had one chair and the table was coffee table height. Should have two chairs and the table should be dining table height. Also the breakfast area was lacking table space inside so had to sit outside on pool side tables..burrrr. Saw many people bringing their food to their room...where can they eat with the current room table/chair setup & how does this work in bad weather. Otherwise the room was clean, bed very comfortable and would recommend this hotel just needs a little tweaks.
