Motel 6 – Santa Rosa, CA - South

Staff was friendly. Hotel easy to find. Clean!

The staff was lovely. The room not so much. There was a tear in the fitted sheet, the toilet seat was badly chipped, and the door to the adjoining room was badly chipped. There were lots of places that could use a touch-up of paint.

The room was not in good condition bathroom was dirty, beds dirty and front desk person has a bad attitude, They did not explain where the rooms were, bad experience.

Smells like smoke in both non smoking rooms they offered me

Bedding not clean and room not properly cleaned

Room and staff were nice

Locks didn’t work key cards didn’t work

The room itself was great. The staff was great, but on the Expedia website it showed the room came with a refrigerator and microwave, but it didn’t. ☹️

The location was convenient and the staff was super friendly. It was so dirty. Guests not picking up after their pets and the bed linen smelled like urine.

The room had a frig and a microwave It was cheap and the bed was terrible

Stayed with my family overnight. They didn’t have a fridge nor microwave in the room, which I believe every motel must have. Additionally, there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Disgusting! So bad, I left

Basic needs was fine Light working over table.

Nothing much Very bad bed. This location they said not accepting booking.com reservations,so no body returned me money from reservation,I had to pay cash again..

Pet friendly was nice, but the guests are not cleaning up after their pets.

Lots of parking, staff were nice since I had to interact with them often haha. Liked that pets stay free.

Clean small room, nice t v stations. I did not see one employee throughout my time.There not at check in not at checkout, went to the office to speak to somebody at one point.Nobody was in there.The only employee I seen on the whole premises was one person, and that was the breakfast attendant. Did not seem very safe. Rooms were nice.But this will probably be my last day at this location due to the security and safety reasons of nobody being there.
