Motel 6 – Santa Rosa, CA - South

we booked 2 bed deluxe room in this hotel last week. The reality has nothing to do with room picture presented by hotel. Room was small and dark. One bed touched the air condition and second - the opposite wall with 2 feet gap between beds.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel. Since the moment I arrived, the man in the front lobby was really rude. Tossed my drivers license back to me. Gave me a very small room when I had reserved one with a refrigerator and microwave. Once I got in the room, I noticed it wasn’t what I had reserved, it was very filthy. There was old blood on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. Stains were on the wall. I don’t know what!! When I went back to let him know he said they were sold out and that he will cancel my reservation if I didn’t want that room. He ended up canceling my reservation and I had to look for a last-minute hotel somewhere else!!

Towels and bedding clean Not enough light or plugs to charge.

For the money, this was the best stay. It was clean, quiet and the staff were wonderful!!

There was a microwave and refrigerator that worked well The room was dirty; bathroom floors were not cleaned and probably haven't been in weeks if not months. There were blood stains on the floor. Huge law enforcement presence all night, not allowing for sleep. Vehicle traffic was loud and constant.

Everything was clean and nice. Office attendant is friendly.

Everything was very good, until the manager gave me the wrong address for my Uber ride. The rest of my stay was outstanding! Thank you and thanks to my nephew for taking me there. 👍

Very basic, no shampoo or bath amenities other than soap. But it was quiet and clean, and the staff was very friendly. No problems at all.

The first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. Only one of the two beds had clean sheets (the other had clearly been slept in). One of the bed spreads had cigarette holes burned in it (well, melted... it was synthetic of course). I asked for a different room, and the desk clerk was very helpful, and got us a clean room right away.

The floor in my room was dirty, like it hadn't been swept and mopped. And my blanket had a big cigarette burn on it.

You know why you're staying here. It does the job: clean room, friendly staff.

Cheapest price in the area. The staff was super helpful. They didn't have irons or microwaves like they said on their website and no lights, so hard to find at night. In very seedy area. Had a guy with a tattoo'ed face looking through out window while we were in the room. If you're looking for a place to sleep only on a budget, this place is for you.

Not clean, outdated and scary. Holes in the wall, hair on the toilet seat. Needs an update and security. Did not feel safe. Not in a good part of town. We ended up leaving way early in the morning just to get out of there. Couldnt sleep anyways. We stayed one night. That was to much.
