Motel 6 – Santa Rosa, CA - South

Everything was very good, until the manager gave me the wrong address for my Uber ride. The rest of my stay was outstanding! Thank you and thanks to my nephew for taking me there. 👍

Very basic, no shampoo or bath amenities other than soap. But it was quiet and clean, and the staff was very friendly. No problems at all.

The first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. Only one of the two beds had clean sheets (the other had clearly been slept in). One of the bed spreads had cigarette holes burned in it (well, melted... it was synthetic of course). I asked for a different room, and the desk clerk was very helpful, and got us a clean room right away.

The floor in my room was dirty, like it hadn't been swept and mopped. And my blanket had a big cigarette burn on it.

You know why you're staying here. It does the job: clean room, friendly staff.

Cheapest price in the area. The staff was super helpful. They didn't have irons or microwaves like they said on their website and no lights, so hard to find at night. In very seedy area. Had a guy with a tattoo'ed face looking through out window while we were in the room. If you're looking for a place to sleep only on a budget, this place is for you.

Not clean, outdated and scary. Holes in the wall, hair on the toilet seat. Needs an update and security. Did not feel safe. Not in a good part of town. We ended up leaving way early in the morning just to get out of there. Couldnt sleep anyways. We stayed one night. That was to much.

Room was not clean, walls were super dirty, door didn’t close all the way, housekeeping didn’t come clean the room everyday like they are supposed to.

The staff was helpful in providing a refund, when requested. I was glad to arrive in Santa Rosa after a 3.5 hr drive and at first didnt see the entire room. After we showered, the bathroom floor was flooded, the vanity was falling apart, the door didnt close and in the room itself, the floor was not clean. It appeared to not be swept, broken glass from previous stay still on the floor. Squished bugs were not wiped clean. Room was supposed to be non smoking yet my clothes, the air, the pillows and blankets have the stench of smoke. Over all, terrible presentation, not clean and almost falling apart. No more Motel 6 in my future. My fault for going cheap, but haven't stayed in a place this bad.

Moved 4 rooms to find one clean and had a microwave and fridge. I had to carry a microwave to the last room because it only had a fridge. Left after 1st night . Originally had 3 nights.

It was quieter and the staff were kind and helpful

not happy with my choice. First room smelled and refridgerator wasn't working. Clerk immediatly switched me to another room that was okay, but no hand towel, one bar of soap for both shower and sink. one bath towel ,one wash cloth. Staff was fine but condition of place is questionable. Did not feel that it was worth what I paid, which wasn't much compared to other places for a one night business stay.

Spider's webs and dirt on the walls, dirt on the AC which was barely functioning, microwave and fridge dirty, only one washcloth and the worst, the bed sheets had really visible yellow stains. We got the room for an emergency stay, we use it for 1 or 2 hours but definitely not staying the night, impossible to let my kids to be in a place like that.

The rooms were not very clean. Local amenities weren't too bad. We walked about 3 blocks to a local family restaurant which was very good. Wouldn't stay here again.
