Motel 6 – Santa Rosa, CA - South

Just all around in terrible condition. Also forced into ab ADA room we did not ask for. It was poorly maintained in many ways. Just all around bad condition and sparse furnishings. No more Motel 6 stays.

Staff was helpful, rooms had adequate amenities, but the rooms themselves needed minor repairs and needed the walls repainted, etc.

The room had 2 double beds even though expedia said they were queen. The beds and pillows weren't that comfortable. The room was way too small for 4 people! It did not look like the pictures. The laundry facilities were also not functional while we were there, so I had to find a laundromat. There was no hair dryer or iron or anything like that. There were no lamps, only bright overhead lights, and the TV wasn't working very well. It was clean though–I'll give it that.

- had a distinct stagnant smoke smell (maybe I am sensitive to this smell) - there were some cosmetic things wrong (eg. The seat of the toilet was slightly broken) - the key did not work after my first night. I had to go down twice to get a new one. On the other hand, coffee was available in the first morning, and this was an unexpected bonus

Those convenience order online get a better deal, quiet

Courteous staff. Room was small. Doors not well weather stripped,, noisy. Connecting room door, same situation. I used a towel under to limit sound transmission. Heater d didn't work. A/C ok. Bed was good. Good rate.

It's a Motel 6. Cheap and a place to sleep. It was a three day stay and the room key generator was broken, so two of those days I didn't have a key to the room. On the bright side it was at a location where there were things to do. Charlie Brown Muesum right around the corner. In & Out and Habit burger places were close by. Moonlight Brewing had a tap room and and grill. Great beers. The room not so much.

we booked 2 bed deluxe room in this hotel last week. The reality has nothing to do with room picture presented by hotel. Room was small and dark. One bed touched the air condition and second - the opposite wall with 2 feet gap between beds.

Just a very basic motel. While clean it had a smell of an older place. Good price. The room had an odor-

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel. Since the moment I arrived, the man in the front lobby was really rude. Tossed my drivers license back to me. Gave me a very small room when I had reserved one with a refrigerator and microwave. Once I got in the room, I noticed it wasn’t what I had reserved, it was very filthy. There was old blood on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. Stains were on the wall. I don’t know what!! When I went back to let him know he said they were sold out and that he will cancel my reservation if I didn’t want that room. He ended up canceling my reservation and I had to look for a last-minute hotel somewhere else!!
