Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Rosa North

Upon arrival. Cops were swarmed on the whole property. Of the whole property it looked like less than 10 people were staying there. Yet I couldn’t get an early check in. That hotel was sketch. I never checked in. And won’t EVER be booking there again.

This hotel is drug infested with ants and bugs everywhere. WiFi sucks and staff is not friendly.

This property was in poor condition. The bathroom door was broken, and the room was not clean. The worst part was that the dirty blanket was hidden between two white sheets. I didn’t notice it until checkout, and when I uncovered it, I found large stains that were disgusting. The bed looked clean at first, but the blanket underneath was not. See the photos.

As soon as I walked in it reeked of cigarette. Going inside the sheets are dirty and with holes. I brought this up to the staff and all they told me was that they can switch rooms. Why would i pay to stay there after that ? Never coming back

The air conditioning was broken- super hot in room. No fan, so had to leave the one window open all night. Bed mattress old. Signage in front of property didn’t even show Super 8…it was another hotel sign. Parking lot needs repairs. Sink in bathroom looked like it would fall off the wall. Towels thin and some had holes worn thru. I was very disappointed as I have stayed at Super 8s previously and they were nice. I should have read the reviews before booking!

The linoleum floor was coming loose in multiple places. There was mold and water damage throughout the bathroom. The bed felt like it was 30 years used and the inner springs didn't support our bodies at all. The sheets had holes in them. We didn't see bed bugs, but that would not surprise us. The water pressure was very low. The bathtub was literally broken in the middle of the pan with a vinyl sheet of some kind used to seal it, but made it not able to fully drain at all. I felt unsafe turning around in the tub while showering as the floor of the tub gave way under my feet. About the only thing that works was the AC which did in fact cool the room.

Property was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Will not stay here again in the future.

Bed was clean, Room was dated, fair to poor repairs. I overheard that the rooms were being renovated, so perhaps they will be improved in the future.

This place is horrible. Would not recommend.

Tv didn’t work

A little later I see two guys riding three bikes on the property and they stop and talk to some guy who seems to work there and then the spare bike disappears. Anyway the officer shows up and gggwarns me the area is rough neighborhood to keep a close eye on the bikes bring them in at nite. The room walls were dirty, some dark burn stains or something on the curtains. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Standing water on room floor. Plenty of insects. We didn’t stay. It was worth the price of the room NOT to stay there.

Air conditioning didn't work. Mad sleep difficult.

The rooms were disgusting. The first rooms bathroom light didn’t work and smelt horrible of smoke. We asked for a new room thinking that it couldn’t get worse, but it did. The next room appeared to have a weird red substance on everything, the floors, the towels, the tub. We found cigarette burns in the floor and the sheets looked very dirty. We asked the front desk for new sheets and never got them. This room also smelt horribly of smoke. Would not recommend

Property might be under new construction/remodeling. But it’s terrible.

this place is an absolute train wreck. Avoid it at all cost.
