Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Rosa North

The ceiling was leaking it was dirty, reeked from cigarette smoke mind you it was non smoking room.. dead flies on the sink asked for a refund and still waiting. After a week .

The place as a whole was unkept, run down and needed some serious TLC. Everything was outdated and rundown. Pool was closed

My room was infested with ants. Dog feces everywhere. Dog barked constantly. Walls dirty with fluids!? Omg do not stay here! Garbage piled up thought property

The a/c did not work and they wouldn’t give us a different room. Said there were no available rooms even though rooms were available on hotels.com. The thermostat had no cover and I was shocked when I touched the on switch. Ants covered the table in the morning. Didn’t expect much, but this was worse than I imagined for sure.

Change rooms four times. First 2 room's had no TV. The third room the TV was busted then had to been moved to an upstairs room where there was a TV but the room was so dirty and filthy. I wouldn't even let my dogs sleep in that room. Front desk girl was very polite and helpful even though it was the worst day ever recommend not going here

Be careful before booking a room here. They are under renovation and our room needed a major upgrade.

I used to travel 40-45 weeks a year and never have I experienced such a disgusting place. Black ants on the bed. Headboard fallen and behind the bed. Mattress sunk to the floor (lumpy). Stained sheets. Cops patrolling the area A LOT. Front staff was nice but you could tell they probably feared for their jobs if they tried to help you. Neighbor above was up until 2-3am…I know this because I couldn’t sleep with the banging. I wanted to say something but I literally was fearful of retribution. Sink faucet not stabilized.m. No smoke detectors. Currently hotels.com is trying to contact the manager but he’s not responding…surprised? He’The place should be condemned and closed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This Super 8 was not super at all! First the room was the ADA room which I did not request but took it anyways. The toilet seat was not screwed on tightly and we almost fell off of it. Then there was no cabinet in the bathroom to put any personal care items on. Then to top it off, there was no blow dryer. I asked at the front desk for one and none was available. I had to run to Walgreens to get one. It was very loud in the morning with a bunch of men going to work at 4 am. And the rooms had a musty, smoke scent. Not my best stay!

There was no breakfast, took 30 min to turn lights on outside the rooms. Had to use a flashlight. Large storage containers in parking lot blocked view of surrounding area… scary at night.

Very basic! Water in shower / tub leaking (wasting water)!

The room was fine.

This had nothing to do with the receptionist or staff lady. She was wonderful…. This was the property not well maintained not upgraded and they definitely need to do a revamp with their maid service. The first room that we were put in was so disgusting. I couldn’t even stay in it. The second room was acceptable. But again, I would not stay here not unless there was no other place to stay. The price was right it was cheap. I guess I paid for what I got but even that I felt I paid too much…. This was at Best a $60 night hotel with complete basics of nothing and rundown rooms…. I was really shocked at the condition of this place. I guess there’s a place for everyone but… had I only not been here for just a few hours to sleep and shower I would not stay here… Santa Rosa, and Wyndham hotels should do better! Stay at your own risk! I could go into details, but honestly, I don’t want to even think about those details…

The sink was broken, and the mini fridge smelled so bad like if something died in there. The beds were hard

All linens and towels were stained. There was blood and boogers on the walls. Non smoking room had definitely been smoked in and had cigarette burns on the tub. Wall outlets barely kept chargers in the wall and we're constantly falling out. Would never stay here again. Overpriced for terrible accommodations.

Upon arrival. Cops were swarmed on the whole property. Of the whole property it looked like less than 10 people were staying there. Yet I couldn’t get an early check in. That hotel was sketch. I never checked in. And won’t EVER be booking there again.

I paid for the room online and your staff did not find the payment, did this thru booking com. They said you would have to assist me. With my refund. Thank you

I did not like anything about this place except the guy at the front desk was nice The first room he gave me was absolutely disgusting. The lights didnt work, it was obvious it had not been cleaned at all. It smelled like cigarettes, there was dirt on the floor, on the walls. The sink and bathroom looked like they wernt cleaned. I looked in the bed there was hairs on the sheets. I requested to switch rooms. It was a little better but not much. Still very dirty i spent an hour cleaning the whole room with my own cleaning products. One of the beds was completely broken. In the morning water started leaking out of the celing. Overall disgusting, dirty place full of drug addicts and other questionable people. I never ever ever stay here again especially after paying $125 for a dirty run down room that i had to clean myself.
