Never stayed due to lack of hygiene, Expedia failed to issue a refund even though the property acknowledged the issue.

I did not think this motel was worth the money. The room smelled like cigarettes. There were people staying there that I think were dealing drugs out of their room. I did not feel safe or comfortable. I do not recommend this place.

Room was bare bones. No chairs. No mini fridge. No microwave. No iron or ironing board.

Terrible property terrible smell in the room teenagers outside smoking weed playing soccer in the parking lot unhelpful staff bad area homeless people all around had to leave couldn’t stay

The floors were not clean and didn't have clean towels.

I called the office to let the front desk know about the room no locks on any doors filthy bed tub we were put in a room connected to another room with the locks broken. Air didn't work couldn't shower because it was dirty. Mini fridge didn't work. I arrived after 6pm and spent most time unpacking and realizing each thing. I am disabled and told them I needed a room on the bottom floor that I am disabled and can't climb the stairs.the room before mine the window was boarded up the lights were on in both rooms beside me and rest of lights turned off. We felt unsafe and told that I waited to long to complain it was 10.00pm. I was refused a different room and refused my money back. I have stayed here many times and things were OK. This is unacceptable and I am requesting my money refunded. I count on this place to rest and regroup my life each time I come here. I had to sleep in the truck because It was dirty and felt unsafe.i am disappointed and like wow! WTF Read above message my experience explained above refund please

Don't stay here! You've been warned! Mold in the tub/shower, door latch doesn't work, holes in the sheets, cigarette burn holes in sheets, the bed had been used before I checked in, or the maid didn't change the sheets. As I was returning from dinner I encountered 2 police officers in a squad car, I asked them about the Super 8, they said don't stay there, crime every night. I checked out, before spending the night, the manager will not refund the 3 prepaid nights, I'll accept 2 nights refund. But NO! I'll be contacting Wyndham, this hotel is a disgrace to the brand.

Well, I chose not to stay at this dump you keep referring to as a hotel. dirty room, stinky, only 1/2 the lights worked and where the tv should have been, there was a hole in the wall.

Ouch. Place sucks. Room was filthy and ran down. We did not stay the second night. Total waste of time and money 🙁

There was nothing positive about my stay at this hotel; it was a consistently poor experience from check-in to check-out. The first room assigned to me had a very strong odor of smoke, the staff was extremely rude. No basic amenities.

Soooooo gross. Never will go back there.

I was locked out on Saturday night and the man who was in the recreates was quite rude and stating it was after 11 pm, why I am getting in at that time. Very bad reception and very dirty surroundings I would not recommended this hotel to anyone
