Got locked out of my room the second night for no reason….

The hotels was excellent and I rather liked the fact that it was tucked away in a less dense area of Santa Rosa. I only have a couple of small complaints. First, there needs to be more light in the room. I think having lights of some sort on both sides of the beds instead of just the two lamps in between them. The other is the TV signal dropped out a few times. Granted, this may have been due to the weather, but there wasn't much wind and it didn't rain while I stayed there.

The shower floor was extremely slippery. Used a bath towel on the floor to stop from slipping. Fall hazard!

Our wheelchair accessible room was fantastic! Lots of space and a great roll in shower. BELLA helped us at check-in and check-out, she is the BEST!! When we arrived, the computers were down and she handled everything with ease. Our first room was accessible but had a bath-tub, Bella moved us into a room with the roll-in shower, which was so appreciated!! Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and strong, hot coffee. My only suggestion to make this room more accessible is a lower bed height. Other than that, we had a great stay. Beautiful, clean and very quiet room. And a BIG Thank you to BELLA!!!

We did not have time for the pool. Next time.

Comfy beds, cozy and clean rooms, good breakfast, and Susie at the bar was AMAZING. Ended up having so much fun during happy hour with Susie! Thanks again!

The location was good for us: close to highway, kids museums and not so far from downtown and restaurants. The only drawback for being close to highway is a noise during the night but that didn't disturb us too much. Overall, we could stay here again.

Everything went well . So fireworks from four different places at our window let’s not lie.

The check in process was a nightmare! The room was not ready at 3pm. We had to come back twice for the room and finally at 3:20pm it was ready.

The beds were a little uncomfortable that was about it. Everything else seemed fine.
