Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country

Everything went well . So fireworks from four different places at our window let’s not lie.

The check in process was a nightmare! The room was not ready at 3pm. We had to come back twice for the room and finally at 3:20pm it was ready.

The beds were a little uncomfortable that was about it. Everything else seemed fine.

Great stay, clean rooms and lots of breakfast options. Tons of parking around the hotel. Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't super comfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Clean, staff, breakfast and parking were all good safe and convenient.

Super clean, lower price for the quality, easy parking, great bathroom, breakfast was good, the only improvement would maybe be better pillows

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good as usual with Hampton. No restaurant options we found close so drove to railroad station area where lots of restaurants.

Decent breakfast but on one of the days supplies ran out (e.g almond milk was over, some of the toppings for oat meal were over and they didn't refill). Slight noise from freeway in early mornings - probably an issue for light sleepers. They had a couple of spots for charging your EV, which I thought was nice. Overall good stay, scope to improve a few things, probably will visit again if I come to this place.

Well appointed room, comfortable beds, plenty of storage and space. Breakfast was mediocre

Plenty of free parking and location far enough from the freeway to not be too noisy.

The lotion in my room was empty and when I checked out and took the girl at the desk she just said I'll let housekeeping know. Unbelievable

clean, quiet. The breakfast room was clean and plenty of coffee, but breakfast was the usual sugar laden offering you get when it’s “ free”.

I loved how clean it was, but I especially loved the staff. They were so helpful, and the woman who checked us in was so nice and welcoming. I have no complaints it was a perfect experience

Great clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of wine country.

For example, the bacon look like plastic, the bread was white no good, the oatmeal needs improvement as well.

In speaking to the General Manager he spent an hour and a half telling us we could not get any compensation but one nights stay at a future time. He said he found a room 20 min away but it was 35 min away so I turned it down. We ended up making the 2 hr. drive home and arriving at 1am in the morning after a very long day. Expedia should beware of hotels that overbook no matter what they say about guaranteeing the room.

Breakfast was very good. Parking is free. The room was clean. The staff that I talked to were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Nicest hotel I stayed in on a two week trip, moving most nights.

Breakfast choices were excellent There was no suite available.
