Did not have breakfast! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Have more friendly bathrooms for Disable people, hand rails in the bathrooms, vents that are quite! But this one did and was more helpful for people with disabilities! Thank you

The rooms were clean and looked new. The front desk attendant was friendly.

The "breakfast" was a small table with packaged muffins, granola bars, and a few packets of oatmeal. No tables. Not really a breakfast option to rely on. Everything else was great! Very comfortable.

The room was a bit tired looking and smelled heavily of Febreze. There was an okay little kitchenette but you have to pay to have any utensils. Refrigerator was useful, though. On the whole, the property needs a bit of TLC.

Nothing Poor customer service, had to wait about 10 minutes to check in, nobody at desk. Reason being, customer service agent had to smoke her cigarette outside.

Last minute stay so I didn’t study the reviews as I typically do. Everything was good except for the noisy fridge that kept making knocking sounds that were pretty loud during the night. It wasn’t like the plug was easily accessible or I would have just unplugged it. That and one of my neighbors woke me up around midnight. The walls seem pretty thin, but he was making at lot of noise. Breakfast was grab and go typical. Overall I felt safe traveling by myself. It was clean and I would stay there again.

The hotel was in a nice area if you don't need to be at all close to town. The room was fairly large, though. Everything. When I first arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 15 minutes. The building was old and beat up.

Room showed many cosmetic issues that showed much wear and tear Wasn't as clean as you would like; crumbs in drawer and on kitchen counter

Close to the freeway The room was filthy. Floors, walls, bathroom all dirty. There was what looked like blood on the walls. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay and rod was coming off the walls

The room was clean but very worn. They had rooms inspected while i was there and are planning improvements. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast it was ridiculous they only had blueberry muffins and guess what they didn’t had coffee because there excuse was we don’t have cups. Our delivery was late!!!! Like really it’s a hotel you have guess why wouldn’t you have coffe cups. Our room was not clean at all!! They didn’t had any shampoo or soap. It was a really bad experience!!! We honestly didn’t leave because I drove more than 4 hours to get there we got to the hotel pretty late the only thing we wanted is to rest because we where going to have a long day the next day.

Room was somewhat clean, however signs of previous stains on walls and counters. When I made the reservation it was for a queen size bed. But because the bed was horrible we had to purchase a full size air mattress for my wife to sleep on (that’s how bad the bed was ) compared to the air mattress it definitely was not a queen bed as the air mattress and the bed were the exact same size. We will definitely not stay here again.
