The location is convenient The hotel is dingy and run down. The amenities were not as described. My mattress cover had light brown stains all over it, though the manager claimed it was sanitized. There is absolutely no way the kitchen is fully stocked," as claimed. Breakfast is all pre-packaged baked goods or instant oatmeal.

Shout out to Lorraina because she made the stay enjoyable. HOWEVER.....We reserved a Studio, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking with a kitchenette, and I should have known by the lack of actual pictures, that this room was not going to be what I expected. For starters, the hotel is very very out-dated. Nothing about the Studio was modern or updated.

Nobody bothered me Bed was super uncomfortable. And no kitchen utensils

The room was not very clean my sheets had some sort of red blood stain. I didn’t even sleep under the covers the 3 days I was there. At one point my key wasn’t working and I asked the house keeper who was in the hall right next door if there was a trick or if I was doing the key wrong. Her response was so rude I was so taken back. I asked another question and agin supper rude and didn’t even want to help. I guess that would explain the room being gross. I know it’s not a high end hotel but at least kindness would have been appropriate. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

the location is perfect.

The room had a really funky smell and had a lot of wear and tear. The bed was a janky Temu special….not comfortable. The grab and go breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal but no bowls or spoons to be found. There was coffee but that was all that was available. The person working the front desk had great customer service skills and is really a Hilton quality employee…..5 stars for him!

Roof paint was missing Door had stucko on it and wasn’t even cleaned up very dirty and unprofessional looking

They fail to disclose what is required or expected. They are complete losers. I am contemplating a lawsuit.

Room was reasonably clean. Bed was dreadfully uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet and very accommodating to my dog parking was excellent.

We weren’t able to make contact with the front desk reliably. They were not there 2 out of the 3 times we tried to check in/check out.

Not much Horribly broken elevator that continuously makes extremely loud noise, no soap in Unit, dirty sheets, lousy staff
